  1. Hi: Recently took advantage of a deal a local pro offered for 3 lesson, some flight scope data and video. We discussed after the 3 lessons what on-going lessons and what type of plan we can work on. I did see some improvement and liked what he pointed out during our initial 3 lessons. What is considered a good per lesson price; I do live in Southern California and this is a local muni where I found him?
  2. Got another round in today, best ball tourney, played several shots off the tee, from the fairway, around the green. If you see my previous post the titleist velocity is hands down a much better ball. Played the Snell mtb-x, prov1x, bridgestone tourbx. And for ME, for My game the velocity so far is in the lead.
  3. Oh wow, did not get that at all. A few more rounds of testing, as mentioned in some other comments, cannot beat the price!!
  4. Interesting to read very similar to results to what I have been seeing on the course, my buddy had the same experience. I have played 36 holes now: Like the durability of the ball, similar to other balls I play (Pro V1X, Bridgestone BX). Definitely longer with both the driver, irons and fairway woods, similarly with wedges. My biggest issue is lack of spin around the greens and from 100 yards in: Hit a few shots with my sand wedge from 100 yards - 50 yards: Full sand wedge ball bounced off the green pin was back exactly 100 yards, hit the ball a few feet pass the pin to sloped back to front green and the ball one hopped over the green. From 50 yards the ball did spin and literally took one hop and stopped: surprised me as typically the ball would have spun back towards the front of the green; ended up helping in this case, but not the spin I expected. Chips, shots, short pitches, flop shots, the ball does not check-up as it does with the other balls I normally game. All-in-all a really nice ball, characteristics for me are very similar to the titleist velocity, but, with less spin.

Have really enjoyed the social media posts and unbiased reviews, finally some honesty ! Where are you from? What is your home course? Alhambra, Ca. No Home course have clubs will travel and play. What are the best and worst things about golf in your region? Overpriced munis, slow rounds, inconsistency in course conditions. Best, usually easy to get on. What do you do for a living? Director of Facilities for local college How’d you pick your user name? Just went with my email, for now! Still working on profile.
  6. This was a really great read through with the data summarized nicely! Interesting to see Callaway not higher up in the ranks; just an observation no real data to back-it-up. If only I could follow the use one type of ball rule, currently floating between V1X (got a great deal) and the Bridgestone Tour BX
