  2. I recently got fitted at a demo day for new irons and driver, but due to time restrictions, wasn't able to hit any hybrids. I'm wondering, do most people play hybrids with a shaft that is the hybrid/wood model of their driver or do you all play a differing version of your irons? For reference, my driver has a project x even flow black 6.5 75g shaft (114-116 CHS), and my irons have a C-taper X stiff (92-94 CHS). Looking for what others have had the most success with or thoughts.
  3. @THEZIPR23 good on you for trying to get healthier and stronger. Obviously as you get stronger, continued work to keep you swing the same is a necessity. I've been weight training for the last 8 months, and have put on 10lbs of muscle and cut down about 3% body fat. I would encourage you to get a smart scale and measure your overall metrics like body fat %, muscle % and water % because being 180 is nice, but if your diet isn't protein heavy enough you could be limiting your strength gains and restricting muscle growth. By no means am I a bodybuilder, but I was once weight number obsessed, but now, I've realized, its more about how i feel, how i look, and the metrics behind it. It wasn't until i got a smart scale that I realized, I was 205 with 172lbs of muscle, so for me to desire to be 185, i would have to be at 5% bodyfat to not lose muscle. TLDR; try getting a smart scale if you don't already, and make sure your "target" is not meaning you have to cut a ton of muscle, or be on the unhealthy side of body fat. Again, good on you for making your health a priority.
