  1. True Temper X100. Definitely changed my game for the better. Good feel, not too heavy. Also have to love the fact that they aren't $200 a pop.
  2. We're lucky enough at my course to have an in cart GPS system that's accurate. I generally use this for hazard info and front/back of green. I'm still pretty partial to my laser when shooting the pin. I used to exclusively use the Bushnell app that pairs with the speaker for the items that a laser could be off on, and still do at times when I'm playing a course that doesn't offer the in cart option.
  3. Cleveland RTX 4 58.5, 54, 50 DG Tour X100 I've found that the 58 does just as well for me as the 60 in the sand and I'm able to flight these wedges well to take off yardage when needed. The 50 gap to P wedge is larger than I'd like, but getting crafty with clubs is what makes you better. Also, these things RIP when you want them to.
  4. Congrats all. Had my fingers crossed for this one. Looking forward to the reviews
  5. Often I don't have time to hit balls, but I answered yes because I like to hit 15-20 just to loosen up when I do have the time.
  6. Currently in a 15ish year old Titleist 4. Just ordered a custom players 4 in a color I've never seen anyone have, pretty excited about it.
  7. I like that idea. A dive into Q school would be interesting. Ha! I need a little more info to be sure.
  8. Finally finished the season. While I get that they were gearing this toward a community that knows nothing about the game, I'm hopeful that if there is a season 2 it goes more in depth on player's every day life in the game. Practice and the grind more than explaing the rules and situations over and over.
  9. Kid is fun to watch. Hell of a player, but I will say when he gets on the green I'm nervous for him.
  10. I use the KBS CT Tour Straight Shaft. I was skeptical on its benefits, but for the price I figured I would try it out. I use a Strokes Gained blade style and the feel of the putter changed dramatically for the better once installed. Who's to say there isn't a better one for me out there, but I know that my putting has benefited from an aftermarket shaft.
  11. New to the site, so here goes: How long have you been playing golf? I've been playing since high school, but I've only taken it seriously for about 5 years. What’s your handicap or normal score? 10/83 Avg What do you love about golf? I love the challenge. While I enjoy all golf rounds, I hate to lose. I like the competition both between other players, and the course. And while I love team sports, this is a test of my skills alone. What brings you to MyGolfSpy? I enjoy reading reviews on new products, and would like to start testing some. Do you already know any other Spies? No Where are you from? Canton, GA What is your home course? Bradshaw Farm What are the best and worst things about golf in your region? Best is that there's a chance you can play year round, minus a few cold patches. Worst: when it rains, it usually rains for weeks at a time. What do you do for a living? Construction Superintendent How’d you pick your user name? Easy, my email.
