  1. Too bad they went under, they made some pretty quality stuff. Only plus to this is that you can get stuff for next to nothing.

That is true, you can find Nickent stuff for dirt cheap. The downfall is that you don't have the quality assurance of the product or the comforting fact that you know they are there if there are any issues.

  2. Tom does some magnificent work! He built a putter for me a few years ago and it is one of the best putters I have ever used. Tom is excellent to work with as well. He has to be one of the nicest guys in the industry hands down!

  3. I used to be a fan of the Taylor Made offerings, but I have grown fond of Titleist Spin Milled's here recently. I really like the Mizuno Quad Cut wedges even though they don't meet the new groove requirement.

  4. I'll follow Morris and tell everyone about myself...

My name is C.J. and I'm a die hard golf enthusiast. I love playing the game and learning all aspects of the game from equipment to the mechanics of the swing.

I look forward to meeting everyone on the forum and learning from them and hopefully I can help someone else learn something. As Morris said if you need any assistance please don't hesitate to ask.

  5. Okay. So I have to be completely honest and say that I'm a closest Pro V1 fan. WOW! To this day, I see why so many people love it. I've been playing the Tour iX and lately the Bridgestone e7+. And while the e7+ is very nice, it's NOT a Pro v1. Off the putter and irons, the Pro v1 is ridiculous. SO soft. SO pure. Whoa. And Ive played the Tour I which is an outstanding ball too nbut I can still see why overwhelmingly people play the Prov1. Damn. It's such a great ball.

Have you tried the Bridgestone B-330 or the B-330s? I think the compare extremely well to the Pro-V1 and V1X.

  6. I totally agree, I believe we need Hunter when it comes time for the Ryder Cup. I would also like to see Rickie Fowler on the team as well. If he keeps playing like he did this week I believe he will be on the Ryder Cup team as well as Hunter.I truly believe if Rickie keeps up his playing at this level he's sure to win sometime this season. It just goes to show that it's never over nobody was picking Hunter to win this weekend....

The US team needs a lot of the younger players to step up!! There are only so many more years that the US will have Tiger, Phil, Stricks and others there for the Ryder Cup so we need the young guns to step up and play to their potential.
