That's a great 1 & 2 combo. Highly recommend taking a caddie. I played as a single a couple years ago, and the guys in my group had one, and he was extremely helpful in pointing the way, showing where to aim and where to miss. For the most part the course is in front of you, but there are more than a couple blind shots, and local knowledge is very helpful.
Thanks for that insight. Just finished booking a double bag for both rounds!

Trump National Jupiter and it's not close for me!

Gonna have a day at Bandon in the fall. What course there is a must play? Would love to hear why you like/ dislike each course... Gonna play on course and the Preserve before I head back to where we are staying on the coast.
Update:
Absolutely the best!!
Pacific was a beast with the wind in the morning. Especially the back 9.
Played way better at Bandon. Loved the blend of seaside and inland holes!

If you're willing to go south a bit there are some great ones too! Like Bear Dance, the Ridge at Castle Pines, and Red Hawk Ridge are just a couple of the top of my head.

Love to learn about equipment and no.

Colorado and don't really have one. Play all over South of Denver.

The scenery is incredible. The views of the mountains almost anywhere and the nice days here seem to be better than most places. The worst is that playing from September to May can get sketchy with weather. Might be 60 and sunny 1 day and have 6 inches of snow the next.
