Thanks for the suggestions on grips. Just ordered a few Winn Dri Tac's to test out. New shaft's probably would hurt either lol. My wrist being trash is the biggest issue. Found a sport wrap hat's helping alot.

It only happened twice, and only after truly bad hits, rest of the time with good-fat hits there is no problem. I was just hoping there was a better head or shaft to help reduce vibration felt on thin hits.

Is there a way to limit the vibration from thin hits via club head or maybe a shaft? Just started playing again after 5 years off due to car wreck. My left wrist is trash at the moment, working on strengthening etc etc. My first round this past Sunday (89) put me waiting on my wrist to stop throbbing after miss hits (thin) stingers. My current clubs are old XPC 2000 from Goldsmith with Aldila Low Torque Light flex shafts. I'm working on getting things together for a proper fitting and new clubs, but was wondering on which club heads or shafts might help limit the stinger feel on miss hits.Thanks in advance.

How long have you been playing golf? What’s your handicap or normal score? About 25 years on and off. Normally 85-95, depends on how much I've been playing. What do you love about golf? I'm just returning to golf after a vehicle accident 5 years ago, and a hip replacement this past year. And it's been 20 years since I had a new set of clubs. Where are you from? What is your home course? Eastern NC. I play a local municipal par 3 quite alot, and Falling Creek CC when the weather and work schedule permit. But were apt to go to any with 30 miles or so. What are the best and worst things about golf in your region? Worst would be hunting the woods for a ball :). Best would be just getting out and enjoying the round. What do you do for a living?
