Definitely age. I play 4/5 days a week when there isn't snow on the ground, and there just aren't many more swings in my back, hands, hips. Even prolonged putting will aggravate things. Probably go the range 1 or 2 times a month if it seems my swing is really out of wack. Will focus on grip, stance, alignment until I hit a few solid ones -20/30 balls- and thats it for practice.
