  2. I have been inconsistent with lifting the last few months for my liking but I would say I’m still fairly active. I play basketball 1-2 times and week and get a lift in at least once a week currently. The stack workout isn’t really that strenuous imo. I have had my best sessions the same day I do a lift, but did worse the days I played basketball. Probably cause my legs are dead on those days. Going forward my plan is to do stack 2-3 times per week and try to do a lighter functional strength workout before and end with the stack. I’m going to start a GOLFWOD program soon so I’ll bring stacking on the off days of that. I would imagine that if you’re doing golf related workouts adding stack will only help build strength in the swing. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  3. Sounds like some sort of nerve impingement, probably thoracic outlet syndrome. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  4. I felt the same thing yesterday! I could better identify my mechanics in the swing and adjust to the feeling that would get me more speed in the training. That adjustment was then resulting in a more consistent and solid ball strike. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  5. Finished up last night after I played 18 holes! Also did the priming workout before the round. The swing on the course felt shaky at times but I also had some of my farthest drives ever on several holes. Considering that most drives would either plug or roll back a yard upon landing I was pretty thrilled. I had at least 4-5 drives that carried 260+ and one was 285 carry. Considering it was 42 degrees out with some wind and overcast I was very happy! Still shot an 85 which is actually my high score on the handicap currently! I would say the stack has definitely translated to the course for me. I found my bad drives/swings were when I was trying to swing fast, when I just made my “normal” swing the ball definitely jumped off the face and had that extra 10-20 yards. Towards the end of the round I was more dialed in with the irons and saw about a club length more with 7w- gap wedge. Basically was hitting the 7 w as far as my 3 w and the same throughout the bag. I had two 7w travel 240 on the air which would have been great if they weren’t on a par 5 and par 3 that I was 220 out. Also hit the 3w 260 into the drink on a long par 5 that I’m normally very safe with that shot in the summer. My hope was to be just as far as I would be during the sumner and I achieved that goal and exceeded it at times. Definitely am excited to do some of the priming sessions with balls and hit the next program! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  6. I have been dealing with a little soreness on the left oblique and hip, but it’s gotten better the last few weeks. I did get hurt with super speed but haven’t have the same issues with stack. I might be better at working up and stretching too. I think the app structure with the rest time and queue’s for how much effort for each swing helps too Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  7. Simple answer- weight distribution Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Simple answer- weight distribution Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  8. We shall see today, going to play for the first time since September and since I started stack. Granted it’s now 45 degrees out and wet so if I can be around the same distance as my summer drives I’d be thrilled Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  9. Newer is always better! JK I say if it ain’t broke don’t fix it unless you’re going to make a serious investment in new gear that’s been fit to you. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  10. So I am onto my last session of the foundations. I believe now that I’m at the end this program is definitely what it says- foundation. Bases on the structure of the swing weights in each session it follows a strength building to overspeed plan with the 195 as a check in weight. So I’m guessing based on the data collected from this program they get more into the complex programs. I’d be curious to talk with Sasho more about the science behind it. 11. Feel like I’m hitting a bit of a plateau with these last few sessions, two more to go to finish up foundations! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  12. Yeah, I drive it about 250-275 on course so I’m curious to see what the difference will be. I played sim golf last week but I don’t think I touched the center of any club face so I’m not reading into that too much. I may have had a few cocktails before… Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  13. Theoretically grass is softer and will absorb more energy, concrete should produce more speed if you have a good grip- my fasted speeds have been on the rubber workout mats in the garage for example- hard surface plus really solid grip Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  14. Through 12- felt the fastest I’ve ever felt with this training. Weird thing is during the warm up I can never get the recommended speed with 195 but today I decided to just see what my driver speed was after failing to my target speed and after doing a few swings with the driver (which felt great btw) I was 5 mph faster with the 195. Wonder if swinging the lighter club helped me get my mechanics in sync? [emoji2371] either way it worked! PR’d on all my weights today Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  15. I think if you’re doing other exercises and stretches to improve your back stability it should be fine. You shouldn’t have to overswing in order to see results. I have hip and back problems as well, granted I’m 34 but I have actually felt better after the workouts vs before. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  16. Got PR's in all the weights today!!! Starting to see the speed tick up slowly. The eSpeed has been going up 1 MPH for the last 5 sessions, up to 111!
  17. My buddy was still in the G400 until the face cracked this summer. I have the G430 max which he threw onto his shaft for a round and loved it. His comment was the increase in forgiveness on lower strikes, but he's also a plus HCP player. I love my G430 so I think you'll be fine once you're forced to make a change.
  18. Just finished workout number 9 which makes me officially half way through the program. So far I haven't gotten hurt and am slowly getting faster. I feel better swinging, but haven't been jumping up in the gain the last few sessions. I will say really like the app's interface and the ease of use. Plus the variability in weight is nice. Very impressed so far. Hopefully I will have a chance to play soon, I may just go play some screen golf on my lunch too if I can't get outside.
  19. I get really timid when hitting balls inside- especially in my garage. I'm the same- just working on face control and ball strike location over the winter.
  20. In the intro call Sahso did say that there usually isn't a straight line up in regards to the gains. So I think you're fine in regards to the eSpeeds, but I have also noticed the same thing. When I'm in my office where I have higher ceiling and more space I tend to have better speeds than in the garage with a tighter area around me. Probably have some subconscious governors going. I also noticed that when I've been fit inside vs outside I have much higher swing speed outside as well. I too have a balky back that I'm dealing with... look at us mid thirty's guys starting to deal with the bad back

  22. My wife and I are going to France in a few weeks! Look at all us world travelers!
  23. Staring on the Stack Training. I can say already I like it a lot and the app just makes thing way more simple. Excited to see how the training progresses and adapts based on the AI learning.
