As a more senior player, (64 years and 14 hdcp) I took the 3H out of my bag and put the 5 wood in mainly because swing speed and flight reduction. I personally found that the ability to get the ball up in the air was more important for my game and found the 3H was carrying a lower ball flight even after testing several different balls and shafts with a local fitter.
