  1. I've been using the cream for targeted relief. Sore muscles, aches, etc. I haven't noticed as significant feelings of relief from the gummies or tincture. I have been taking a gummy before runs if I'm sore at the start and I do feel that after my workout muscles feel less achy/inflamed. I typically follow up with the cream. 2. I've been using the Skittles tincture before bed every night this week. My sleep quality has been good, but one thing that is very noticeable is that I've had very crazy vivid dreams. I wouldn't consider myself a consistent dreamer, so it's been different having dreams every night, sometimes multiple times a night. Curious if any other testers have had this experience? I have used another tincture, at 10mg instead of 12.5mg, before bed for a while and wasn't dreaming like this. I'll be interested to see if this pattern is consistent. I've got a couple runs this weekend. A short one today and my weekly long run tomorrow. I'm going to take tincture before the run today and gummy tomorrow. I'll report if there is any noticeable difference. Also, sports cream after. I'm really digging that stuff. Earlier this week at work I took a bike out of my workstand and didn't realize the kickstand was down. I dropped bike to floor and the kickstand went straight to the top of my foot. It hurt like crazy. I thought it was going to bruise and it was sore the rest of the day. I applied the sports cream twice that night and hardly noticed any soreness the next day. I'm all in on that C.R.E.A.M.
  3. I've been taking a tincture style CBD for a while now. I can say that in my experience I don't notice a difference in efficacy when taken as a tincture under the tongue or mixed in with coffee/tea. I also don't notice a difference in time it takes to kick in. I have read that taken orally under the tongue is supposed to be the quickest way to absorb. And for me I don't notice a difference in feeling at all times after taking it. When I notice the difference in how I feel is when I'm under stress or in situations that normally cause me anxiety. I feel less anxious and feel like I can redirect my mind an anxious racing thoughts easier. Also, when taken before bed, I feel the same. My mind slows down, and I don't wake up with racing thoughts. Hope this helps!
  4. Good morning MGSers! First, a big thanks to MGS and Kanibi for the opportunity to test this product. I was stoked and thought I misread the email when I saw that Kanibi would be sending a tincture, sports cream, and gummies. The more the merrier! A bit about myself: I work as a bike mechanic and ride bike daily as a commuter. I enjoy running, and run 4 days a week, sometimes more. For golf I have been averaging about a round a week, but I do hit balls daily in my backyard. My partner and I also just had our first child in July, so needless to say, I'm tired more often than not. And sore more often than not. This is the perfect time to see if I can find some relief for soreness and add consistency to my sleep. I started using +Plus CBD Gold Formula a couple of months ago after trying almost everything I could think of to try and get more rest. I've never had trouble falling asleep, but I am a very restless sleeper and do not stay asleep for long periods of time. I've been taking 20mg a day (10 in the morning before work and 10 before bed). I wear a Fitbit Versa for sleep and can say that since starting CBD my sleep quality has improved. While I like +Plus CBD, I have been looking for alternatives. In comes MGS. I have used the Kanibi Skittles 750mg tincture twice now. Once before a round of golf and once before bed. I will be taking it twice daily from here on out. In terms of flavor I really liked the Skittles. It has a light fruity flavor and a slight Hempy flavor which I enjoy. The Kanibi oil is clear as opposed to the yellow +Plus CBD. The Kanibi oil is also less "oily" in terms of mouth feel and does not linger under tongue or in my mouth as the +Plus Oil does. I also like the Kanibi dropper, which shows you ML markings. I had trouble getting more than a half of a ML in the dropper, but as that's what I'm taking each morning and night, it has been perfect. As far as performance on course, I was happy with the Kanibi Tincture. I took .5 ML (12.5 mg CBD) about 30 mins prior to my round. I tend to really struggle with bad swing thoughts. My mind is constantly racing, whether on the course, or lying in bed thinking about the course; I have trouble calming it. The Kanibi tincture seemed to make me more relaxed. I had less racing thoughts, and had an easier time shutting them off temporarily when standing over the ball. Maybe it's because I was aware that I had taken something that could make me more relaxed, but I felt like I was able to let bad shots and thoughts go easier. I'd say give it a shot if you're looking for help with racing thoughts/anxiety. It's working for me on and off the course as a management tool. On to my soreness. Having been a bike mechanic for years I exhibit signs of arthritis and/or carpal tunnel problems in my wrists and hands. I often get numbness in my hands, and have fingers that will lock in place. I also have chronically sore quads/hamstrings/calves due to my bike riding and running habits (and not dedicating enough time to rest and days off). I'd be lying if I said I wasn't giddy to open the sports cream and try it right away. The sports cream doesn't feel oily or leave a residue like some lotions. Once it is rubbed in it is not noticeably there (aside from the smell, which is minty, and oddly, reminded me of Grizzly Wintergreen chewing tobacco). There is a slight cooling sensation that lasts maybe an hour. And I felt like my soreness subsided, or became less apparent, for about 1.5-2 hours after applying. I'd say it works as any minty sports cream would, with the added benefits of CBD. I'm sold. Cheers to smelling minty! My plan for the gummies is to use on the spot when my general anxiety creeps in or before mid-day golf rounds. My general anxiety happens when around crowds, around family, and now that I think about it, it's pretty much always there. I typically manage through avoidance; however, this isn't always possible. I have used the gummies once since receiving. It was after hitting balls in my backyard net when my wrists started to get numb. I had to leave for work and I took one roughly 15 minutes before heading out the door. On my ride to work I often get numb hands and wrists as well. Again, I didn't seem to notice my wrist soreness after taking the gummy and heading out. I think that the calming effect of CBD has 100% helped my pain management in that I don't think about it as much after taking CBD. It's still there, but my mind doesn't dwell on it. I'm excited to put the gummies to the test before an afternoon round, since my tincture typically wears off after a few hours and I take it in the morning. Overall, I'd have to say I'm very happy with the initial results. I think that Kanibi will definitely replace +Plus CBD as my every day tincture. I'm going to monitor my sleep data for the next 30 days and see if sleep quality shows improvement over that of +Plus CBD. I've become the annoying CBD guy at work. And I'm okay with that. It works for me. And I hope it can work for you. Thanks MGS and Kanibi. Updates to come.
  5. Stoked to be chosen as a tester for this one. Excited to see how it affects everything from my stress/anxiety to my sleep and, of course, to my golf game! Thanks MGS! Sent from my Pixel 4 using MyGolfSpy mobile app

  8. Minneapolis, MN. Full Spectrum Tincture 750mg Skittles. Pretty relaxed on course, but can struggle keeping negative swing thoughts away. Can get rattled by bad holes. I wear a Fitbit Versa day and night, mostly for the sleep data.

  12. I've been working a lot on my wedges around the green. This year is the first time in a while I feel very confident pulling out a wedge on the fringe. On slippery downhill stuff I will usually put. If I'm really confident in my read and it's a medium-ish distance I put. Shorter and longer I feel really good with a wedge. I'd be curious if I'd score better if I putted more around the green, but I really like chipping...
  13. I appreciate this. I definitely need to work on shrugging my emotions a bit more. I didn't golf for maybe 10 years after having golfed a lot for many years before that. I think it's hard for me when I get glimpses of my old swings but don't have the repetitions to have the consistency yet. I know I can hit the shots, but when I hit a few bad ones my mind starts running and I try to fix things that weren't the problem to begin with. That leads to worse swings. The mental game is real. I like the "have it"/"don't have it" comment. I'll be keeping this in mind. Thanks for the feedback!
  14. I feel ya. I just played one of the worst rounds in a longgggg time today. Two days after feeling better than I have about my irons in a longgggg time. It was wild. But I go through the same cycle. Feel good about something, then it goes to hell the next round, and the thing I was struggling with before was money. It's what keeps me coming back, I guess...
  15. I just had this thought yesterday. I typically enjoy drinking beer while golfing. I'm also crazy competitive. I can drink beer and not be sloppy, but play very sloppy golf. If I'm trying to score I try not to drink. Even one beer can throw me all out of sync. If I'm golfing with buddies back home I'll have a few for nostalgia's sake. Otherwise I'm trying to avoid alcohol while golfing. It just makes me a worse golfer and I get more upset with my bad shots (which happen way more frequently after a couple drinks). All that said, sometimes its just nice to grab a beer or two. What's a score anyway?
