  1. Two putters. Ping Sigma 2 Fetch and Mizuno m-craft IV. I played the m-craft last year. The Ping will start the year with the m-craft as a backup. With the Fetch I wanted to go back to a face balanced putter -- my best putting in the past was with a fb odyssey tuttle -- but mostly I am interested in the alignment. Fetch suits my eye and helps me more accurately see the line when standing over a putt. LE/RH.
  2. I hadn't considered both, but that's a worthy ponder. LHL for short, standard for lag putts.
  3. I go back and forth. I have more distance feel with a standard reverse overlap grip but a more consistent stroke/line on shorter putts with left hand low (RH golfer). We are still melting out -- massive snow year -- and my decision point is coming soon. I am leaning standard with some changes to my posture and putting motion.
  4. You guys are going to love this rangefinder. I picked up the Q6 slope last year. The optics are fantastic.
  5. I like the look of the 4.1 or 5.2 duo. I am a fan of perpendicular color contrast. Hosel options are nice. Short slant usually works best for me. I'm a fan of these.
  6. Smitten with the Ventus black. Playing 7s. Works very well for me.
  7. T100s W and ZX7 A wedge (both gap wedges) are fantastic.
  8. 5.5 and 7.5 catch my eye. When I get a chance I will roll these. Curious how they feel in hand.
  9. Hello all! Quick intro to me: In 2015 I took up golf. I am full on addicted! I had a brief intro as a kid in the 1970s. Long time skier, cyclist and runner/hiker, I was looking for a new activity and community. My wife surprised me with a lesson on a vacation to Hawaii, and everything about golf clicked. 99% a walker, I love the challenge, landscapes, and social nature of playing. I also massively enjoy the equipment aspect. My hc is currently about 9. My lowest hc was 6, and I hope to get back if I can get out of my putting woes. I have lurked on MGS for a few years. I appreciate the content. I am also a member on a couple of other golf communities. Name comes from a hobby to work with my herding dogs. Home course is beautiful Bridger Creek in Bozeman, Montana. I also regularly play the other courses in town, mostly Black Bull and Cottonwood Hills. Short season here, but the courses and golf community are fantastic. I have additionally learned to love competitive golf. Play in a mens league, compete in 3-4 regional pro ams each year, and enter other tournaments as I can. I will spend more online time getting to know this community. Cheers.
  10. I have tried out different weights with an m-craft putter (comes with weight kit) and odyssey putters (picked up weight kit online). I like to find what feels best and appreciate that opportunity in a putter.
  11. Six: Callaway, Taylormade, Titleist, Srixon, Ping, and Cobra
