  1. TXG started a live Q&A - their normal weekly but spoke to the news to some extent as well. Ian said they will produce a livestream tomorrow once the news is official-official to discuss more in-depth.
  2. I can agree with this too. They are kinda a PITA as compared to soft cases. Either way, I love what Viktor brings to the game. Understated confidence and humility. I'm sure he's still learning all the in and outs of being a pro; chalk this one up to a lesson learned. I'm sure he'll have a Stiff Arm or a hard case when he makes the hop to Maui (if he's playing the Sony).
  3. I'm going to steal this one (subbing par for birdie)
  4. not only did they take an extra 6 days (based on his interview with GC), they snapped his backup driver head off the shaft.... I'm a 21 HDCP and even I have a hard case for travel. Maybe these guys don't have the same protective nature over their clubs since they get them free?
  5. can I get the USA country and Veteran badges, please? Thanks. If there are badges for specific forces, I'm a USMC vet.
  6. Agreed: Just as with weight training, making gains is not a linear progression. There is so much of this work that relates to the Central Nervous System and pushing your mind through barriers as much as it is about the physical ability to apply force to the club. I'm hoping that the Stack will help my sequencing/tempo/timing as I think I have requisite strength but lack the fundamental movement patterns to hit bombs.
  7. I'll be in the same boat when I start with a low 90's swing speed. If I can get anywhere near the % gains the others have shown, that will be a game changer.
  8. I've been reading through this thread and you guys have given me great hope for possible speed gains. SuperSpeed helped to some degree but I also felt at odds with "Happy Gilmore" type swings and not really being forced to focus on the tempo/sequencing. Off season (not really one in South Florida), after the winter when all the snowbirds head north, I'm planning on picking up the Stack. The insight from this thread has been wonderful; thanks!
  9. must be restrictions on new members from replying to the testers wanted topic. Anyone know what's required to be able to apply to be a selected as a tester for the superspeed golf training? I don't see how to reply to that thread but I also just joined the forum a few minutes ago. EDIT: Yeah, gotta get past recruit status before I can join the testing.
  10. Hello, all. New member living in Parkland, FL. Played my first round of golf in 1997 or so. Never played much more than 1 or 2x per year until I moved to Florida last year. 1st goal is to break 100. What do you love about golf? Never ending challenge. What brings you to MyGolfSpy? Do you already know any other Spies? I've been consuming your content for a good while but just joined to try to become a tester for the Superspeed golf training. Where are you from? What is your home course? Originally from Southern California. Now living in South Florida where I play most often at Deer Creek GC in Deerfield Beach. What are the best and worst things about golf in your region? Best is that you can play year round. Worst = no such thing! What do you do for a living? I am a tech geek - I work for a company that builds develops content management software and our customers are mostly energy sector (oil and gas and nuclear primarily) companies. How’d you pick your user name?my initials and my last name...
