  1. I'd LOVE to be a tester for this one!  MGS's "Most Wanted Driver" testing has proven true for me twice in the few years I've been involved here.  First it was the TS2 that was chosen as the best for high swing speeds - That's what I was fit into (a week before the MGS test results came out), and it was a good Driver for me for 4 years.  Then last year it was the Stealth 2 Plus, and sure enough, that's what I was fit into last August, and it has been a GREAT Driver for me these last 6 months - That long with a Ventus TR Black 6X shaft has gained me about 30 yards off the tee and zero accuracy loss (probably even a little better accuracy).  I have loved my Stealth 2 Plus, so this Qi 10 LS is calling my name!

Here is my ideal setup from the TM website:

  2. Love this.  My wife and I do this frequently with our kids - I usually have a push cart, my wife has the stroller and a very thin stand bag (one that I've used for running/speed golf) that holds about 6-7 clubs, which is all she uses anyway - that little standbag has a handle to where it can hang on the stroller handle, kind of like this product does.  BUT, the disadvantage is that it kind of weighs down the handle to where the stroller has tipped backwards a couple of times on us (no harm done).  I could see this working much better.  So, we'll have our two older girls running and kicking a soccer ball down the fairway (and hitting the golf ball sometimes too), and the littlest one in the stroller.  We also try to jog part at least half the time.  We get some funny looks, but it's a great thing for us. I'd certainly enjoy being a tester for this product. So glad to see others combining golf and family.

  3. Would be very interested in testing these. I currently play the Mavrik Pro, which I like and fits me well - they're kind of a player's iron shape with some very nice forgiveness packed into the compact head.  They also feel darn good for a non-solid-forged iron. One noticeable characteristic is they are relatively low spin (of course some of that is shaft-dependent), which has some advantage and some disadvantage.  Callaway has always tended to be a good iron for me. I would love to see how these compared on feel since they're forged, and that seems to be a big part of the story, and of course on distance, spin, accuracy, turf interaction, consistency, forgiveness, etc.

  4. Extremely interested in this! I bought my 75 great old day one of these follow carts of a different brand and he loves it, though there are a couple hangups - would be a VERY interesting comparison. This is truly a great thing for golf and golfers ... Makes the sport that much more a major part of healthy living. I walk/jog 80% of my rounds to get exercise while golfing (2 birdies with one ball?). I even take my 8 and 6 year old girls with me oftentimes, and they take turns playing a hole or kicking a soccer ball down the fairway. My wife plays with me sometimes too, as walking/jogging is the only way she will play. She has started to enjoy the game a lot more that day over the past year, which I'm grateful for. So an additional interest I have is how one of these would perform with some jogging as part of the equation. (Aside: I wish speed golf would become a bigger deal in the golf world in general.)

All that to say, I'm hoping this test, right here, is where my fortune with mgs testing opportunities finally arrives.

    Good luck everyone.

  5. I've been thinking of purchasing a laser rangefinder anyway.  I have a V3 watch that I've been using for about a year.  I think I'd be a good candidate to review this product.

    L.A.B Putters

       192

I have been wanting to try/bag one of these putters for a while now.  I tried out the crazy looking putter at a PGA superstore and was more impressed with it than anything else I've tried.  The expense of it was a big consideration.  If I hadn't just spent a good bit of money on irons recently, I probably would've highly considered buying it.  I've improved on putting the last year or so more than any other time in my golfing life, but I still struggle with inconsistency (good for a couple weeks, then bad for a month) and definitely wouldn't call it a strength.  Three-putts (and sometimes chipping) are my nemesis.  All that said, I would LOVE to try one of these!!!  I am optimistic about what it claims it can do.
My goal is to get my handicap down from a 9-10 to a 4-5, and I think putting can be the biggest/quickest key for me in that goal.
