  1. I wish I was good enough that I could. It just is an easier way to see the fairway split is all.
  2. I like the look of stripes/ checkerboard, but half/ half is my preference to play.
  3. Looking forward to this more than I was the PGA restart. Was lucky enough to catch a KLPGA event on YouTube.
  4. Got to play at Kapalua Plantation today. The wind was blowing pretty strong at 20 mph with stronger gusts, but that's kinda normal there. I had 3 birdies, but put up a couple 6's, 7's, and one 8. The tee killed me on a few holes as I adjust to my new driver, but short game bailed me out. Shot an 89 and will happily take it!
  5. I can't give his experience, but mine was too much babysitting the system. What I mean is putting is a mess ( but they are honest about how to handle it), like a tap in. If you hit one OB an the take a drop good luck figuring that out. The last thing that made me sell it was I play the same course and wanted to see where shots went on each hole. Not sure if the information is unavailable or hard to find, but that was enough to make me feel it wasn't worth it.
  6. Do you participate in forums on another website! Why? Should we consider that forum too?
  7. It's one of the few things in life where I don't have to rely on someone else.
  8. Stop taking everything so seriously and enjoy just playing again. Sent from my iPhone using MyGolfSpy
  9. This is the local muni I play 95% of my rounds at. Sent from my iPhone using MyGolfSpy
  10. Took a month for mine. It was a bummer to have to wait so long, but it's the first club I've had fit to me so the wait was worth it.
  11. I agree. The LPGA is the only women's sport I follow. I jokingly say I just want to be as good at golf as a Korean woman!
  12. I contacted them and they offered refund on shipping or choice of two accessories or hats. I chose a hat and towel. So at least they’re showing that care. For those that are having the delays, it took a month for mine to get built. The shipping was fast (not packed correctly). It was set to standard, but I just texted my local fitter and he gave me my specs and I made the adjustments, not a big deal to me, I like tinkering anyway. So it seems like between Covid and the sale they kinda got put in a tough spot. I got a great performing club at a great price, and the inconveniences are being taken care of to my satisfaction. I am not at turned off from PXG, just seems like that got caught in a bad spot and will giveth the benefit of the doubt this time. Sent from my iPhone using MyGolfSpy
  13. For comfort ( i walk) I wear running shoes and don’t seem to have any problems with traction. I would be interested in trying out some of the spikeless options that are coming out now as they seem to be more comfortable. Sent from my iPhone using MyGolfSpy
  14. Have never heard of them, but will be taking a look shortly. Thanks
  15. You might be right about being a bit over their head. At least definitely feeling a pinch. It took a month to get my driver (which actually worked to my advantage since I was originally just going to get a 2 wood). I was all excited because I heard about the PXG packaging but it just came in a regular cardboard box. Sent from my iPhone using MyGolfSpy
  16. I like the Q star tour balls. I would play the Bridgestone RX, but Q star is cheaper and perform the same for me. I would be interested in trying out the Maxfli tours, but have had the opportunity get. Taylormade project a (tour response) is another that I like as well.
  17. Looking forward to watching the ladies play again. I miss the smooth effortless power they generate. I appreciate having Minjee in the picture she is my favorite, and who's swing and tempo I try to emulate.
  18. I have a 19 & 25 degree they are my go to clubs Sent from my iPhone using MyGolfSpy
  19. I use an off the radar app on the course. It’s called free golf tracker. It gives great stats on the website that accompanies it. The app give yardages, but that are user marked ( I look to see if it has already been done before I go play a new course, if not I do it myself). Has a map feature so you can touch to get yardages to a spot. I had arccos but felt like I had to babysit it all the time so I sold it. To follow the tours I just go to the website. 20. It would be a struggle at the local Muni the way he is playing
  21. They said Brady was an 8 handicap. I call BS on that Sent from my iPhone using MyGolfSpy
