  1. My swing speed doesn't vary a lot, but the Bridgestone ball selector does not ask you your swing speed, just your distance, ball flight, and average score along with gender and age.
  2. FootJoy Flex are good if you like spike-less.
  3. They last about 20 rounds and I usually switch between two gloves per round. I prefer Foot Joy (can't recall the model) and they usually wear out in the palm before anything else. Reminds me I need to get more now. I used to store them in a zip lock bag in my golf bag and they seemed to not dry out as much between rounds.
  4. I also play a Marxman now. Love the alignment and feel off the face.
  5. Agree 100%. With a putter it's all about feel and alignment. So much variability from player to player. I can't see myself buy a golf club in a box without even being able to touch it let alone roll a few putts with it.
  6. I've been using 18 birdies for two years. Pretty much ever since I started playing. Many of my playing partners have range finders, golf watches, etc. but without question every round we play one of them is asking me what the app says as far as how long it is to the end of the fairway, how long to carry the fairway bunker, etc. The club recommendation and compensation for weather and elevation is also pretty accurate as well!
  7. I've been going back and forth between the BXS and the RX. Seems there is one variable on the VFIT that puts me in one ball or the other when I try online every 3 months or so. Been playing strictly Bridgestone for the past 6-8 months. Great qualty balls that are very durable.
  8. I play midsize grips. Can't say I've ever heard of a place doing a complete fitting that includes grips!
  9. Once I learned not to try and crush it and just make a smooth swing with the 3 wood I love it. Today I duck hooked my driver about 75 yards off the tee. Took out the three wood and put the ball right up the throat leaving me a short chip onto the green. Occasionally use it off the tee if there is a sharp dog leg fairway. I will say there isn't a HUGE difference between my 3-hybrid and 3 wood. Maybe 10-15 yards so if one club had to go it would probably be the 3 wood as the hybrid is just more versatile.
