That's my issue, how do the strings change if the adaptor is a left handed one, is high low for example

How do I tell if my m5 shaft is right or left handed? The hosel settings seem to be going in the opposite direction to the settings on the manual. Does this mean my supposed RH shaft if actually from a LH club? Tia
