TBS got a reaction from jddaigneault in Dollar Driver Club
Why don't OEMs just do this same membership service? $40 / month to play their newest driver with the opportunity for 2 trade ins per year. OEMs then sell the drivers used for $200-$300 and still come out ahead.

TBS reacted to Berg Ryman in Dollar Driver Club
Well @TBS, as alluded to in my review, Taylormade has rolled this kind of service into MyTaylorMade+, both paid models give you access to "try it then buy it" with their equipment, besides getting video instruction, GPS and score tracking, and the ability to schedule fittings with their staff and keep a competitive handicap. It's 119.99 for Champion and 239.99 for Legend, which also includes virtual swing analysis and coaching. Arguably if you're a TM fan, it's the way to go and if it proves successful, don't be surprised if other companies steal it.

TBS got a reaction from KCLeo12 in Dollar Driver Club
Congrats @Berg Ryman, @jddaigneault, @KCLeo12, and @TxTwinDad+2! I am definitely more interested in how this business model works then the actual satisfaction of equipment. I have a list of questions and thoughts for you to think about as test starts.

TBS reacted to MattWillGolf in Final Reviews: Evnroll V-Series Putters
Well, I happened to be 20 minutes from Evnroll so I made a drive. Met Alan who gave me the nickel tour. He was most gracious and liked my shirt. He let me try the ER11v. It felt great. They have a very nice fitting area, complete with a Quintic System. It’s definitely the place to get fitted. Alan even hooked me up with a hat.
