  1. Just wondering if any of the Ketsch owners out there have done a comparison of the two. Is the original better than the midsize? What differences did you notice etc etc. I have the original that was withdrawn because of the groove issue and haven't had the opportunity to try the new mid.
  2. Today I played with a guy that's one of the regulars in our Saturday morning game. I've noticed lately that the uses a Ping Ketsch. I've always liked the look of the putter. Several times today I ask to take a look at his. Along the way he mentioned that a small shop in town had one left for sale at a good price. So after my round I headed straight there. Sure enough they had it. And... it was the 2014 model that was taken off the market by Ping due to a deep grooves issue. The shop also had all equipment marked down due to going out of business. (That's another story but sad to see. I like th
  3. Hey all! I would like to trade my Ping G30 9* driver head for a Ping G30 LS 9 or 10.5* driver head. Mine is in really great condition with the exception of 2 tiny tiny nicks in the crown and I would like the LS to be the same. I can post pictures tonight but I wanted to gauge intereste during the day. I can add a small amount of cash if you really think necessary! Hopefully trades are allowed and I am not breaking any rules!
  4. I am selling a few of my clubs. Here is a list. Please message me if interested for pictures. Ping Anser Driver, 10.5 degree. Great condition. If anyone is interested in purchasing multiple clubs, I will make a package deal. Cost of shippin
  5. In only its second month on the market, the PING G30 driver achieved the #1 sales position for units and dollars in the on- and off-course retail channels combined for the month of September in the United States and the United Kingdom, according to Golf Datatech LLC, which tracks golf equipment sell-thru data for both regions. The driver, which features an industry-first innovation called Turbulator Technology on the club's crown, was introduced to golfers on July 31. Since its launch, demand for the driver has reached unprecedented levels for the company throughout the world as golfers re
  6. In this post, we wanted to give everyone an inside look into our handmade putter grip process. From start to finish it takes our professionally trained staff about 20-25 minutes to fully assemble each putter grip. 1. First, we begin by selecting which size grip underlist we are going to need for theorder. For this project we have chosen a midsize grip underlist. 2. Next, we select the leather pattern and color that we are going to use to make our grip. For this project we have selected a Brown Alligator leather. 3. We then cut our selected leather into the appropriate midsize patte
  7. I purchased a 35" slight arc 355 gram Ping Ketsch putter based largely on the stellar reviews found on MGS. While I question some of the metrics used in the Most Wanted Mallet Testing, (For example, I don't think that the distance of a "miss" for a 4 or 5 foot putt has any statistical meaning or validity. It should be ignored, because while a 12" miss may be 100% greater than a 6" miss, neither putt is in the cup and no one will miss the next stroke) what I saw in the MGS survey convinced me that the Ketsch and Ping's TR technology were worth a look. So I set out to buy one. This p
  8. Hi guys, I am looking for your expertise here. I am a long time golfer who just got back into the game a year ago. I have been practicing for the last year and have got my handicap down to a 19. I decided for Father's Day that I wanted a new driver so that is what I did last Saturday. I went to my local big box store, Golfsmith, and got “fitted” for a new driver. The fitter had me hit the Callaway X2 Hot 9º, Taylormade SLDR 10.5º, Cobra Bio Cell 9.5º, and the Ping G25 9.5º. I honestly enjoyed hitting all of them and for me, didn't hit any of them bad. The fitter used the launch
  9. Prices include shipping and tracking USPS Priority! Shoot me some offers and we can work out a deal. Not really that interested in trades. I have basically new Taylormade SLDR 430 10.5* TP with an upgraded Matrix 7M3 X flex shaft and new Golf Pride Tour Velvet Corded grip with 4 wraps of tape. I literally just took the plastic wrap and hit 10 times so there is ZERO signs of wear. I have the Brand New headcover as well. I got the club straight from taylormade last week. Standard TM driver length. This club is a BEAST and you need to be a man to hit it. I can sell the head only or sh

  11. Looking to trade my 35" Ping Anser Milled #5 putter. The #5 has a long neck on a traditional Anser head to make it a face balanced blade. Looking to trade for another blade putter as this one has found its way out of the rotation. Would like to trade for another plumbers neck blade, 34" or longer. The following are my love-to-have putters but I'll consider anything of similar value. ($300 putter when I bought it new this summer) Nike Method Midnight 006 Scotty Cameron Monterey/Newport 2 Bettinardi's, Byron's etc. I can post more recent photos if you'd like. Grip, putter an
