  1. FOUND. PLEASE DELETE As title states, looking for a Ping G410 Standard 5 wood head only at 17.5 degree loft. No shaft needed. Thanks
  2. Hello! I have a used SIM Max driver that I've only played for a few months now. It has normal wear and tear. It is fitted with the Ventus Blue Stiff shaft that I recently got re-fitted with a new grip. Unfortunately I don't have the headcover. I'm looking for a right handed stiff G410 LST/Plus driver from Ping. If interested in buying, I'm looking for around $300 but willing to accept offers. Thanks!
  3. Hello everyone, so i got fit for a driver, and i am a very tactile person. With this amazing sport of golf everything matters, touch, feel, sound etc....so after trying 6 different drivers it came down to two. Callaway maverick max 66g stiff and ping g410 plus 75g stiff. The maverick i hit longer but less accurate than the g410plus. It was a little more erratic, but more yards is what we all want, right?....do you go for the longer club, struggle and try to get more accurate? Or do you take the more accurate and try to make it go farther?
  4. Great stuff for sale. All items shipped to CONUS. NO TRADES PLEASE. You can verify my rep on Golfwrx. Same username. Ping G410 irons 5-PW Orange Dot (2* flat) with Nippon NS Pro Zelos 7 steel shafts, R flex pured by TrueSpec golf, Lamkin grips. $550 Cobra F9 3/4w, Project X Even Flow 5.5 Regular shaft, Lamkin grip. This thing goes FA-AAAAR. $130. Cleveland CBX2 54/12 and 58/10 wedges w/KBS Tour 9 stiff shafts. $75 per wedge or 140 for the set.
  5. Currently using the original Epic but also have a Cobra F9. The Epic is looking pretty battered after 3 years and has some issues with the lamination on the base so it is time for a new driver. I've been to two fitting days Callaway Maverik: Ended up the recommendation was the 10.5 Max Head with the Stiff Hzrd Smoke 60 (1 inch shorter) Cobra SZ: 10.5 standard head with stiff Tensei Orange flash shaft. Out of the 2 the Maverik looks favourite at the moment, I 'm just not convinced that I got anything extra from the SZ, while the Maverik gave me slightly more yds and dispersion was much better. In the meantime I've been to the range and worked on my driving a bit and now hitting the Epic a bit better but still prone to the odd high and right. Today spending an hour with the Pro on Trackman and the Ping G410 and Mizuno ST200 c.f. Maverik. Hopefully if I get a good fit he'll let me out on the course with it, which is the true test. I want to come away from the fitting thinking yeah that felt really good which the Maverik got halfway there but the SZ was more a Meh!
  6. Alright guys, tell me what you think of this setup! Really liking this set, but may take out the T-100 irons for Mizuno MP20 blades in the 6-P and HMB in 4-5.
  7. Been playing Callaway Apex CF16's (PW-3i) and haven't tried anything that made me think upgrading was necessary. This past year I took my TaylorMade Rocketballz 3 wood out of the bag and got the Ping G410 5 wood to help spread my numbers out a little bit better. Love the way the Ping sets up on the ground as well as the feel off the club face. I'm still playing the Ben Hogan TK15 wedges (50/58) but will be in the market soon to replace and will likely be going with the old faithful Vokey or the TaylorMade Milled Grind 2. I've been playing Ping Drivers for as long as I can remember and am still carrying 250 with my Ping G400 with the HZRDUS Smoke shaft and will likely ride it to the retired bag grave with how much I like the feel. On the greens I roll with the Odyssey Protype Tour Series #2. Switched to the Ody after years of a hand-me-down Ping Anser that once the greens started speeding up, I lost all touch with. Currently caught between the Snell MTB-X and the Bridgestone Tour B RX.
