  1. Growing up I was never one to love traveling especially if it wasn’t with my family. I loved being around and with my family at all times, when someone was missing I felt like they were missing out on fun and I sometimes got FOMO for them. When I went to college I branched out, I was in PGM( professional golf management) at Ohio State and got many awesome opportunities throughout my college life. This experience I was on the fence about because of me not loving to take trips without my family. Most golfers would call me insane for not saying yes instantly but I’m a home body at heart. Th
  2. Which is the best destination for a Golf trip? Scotland or Ireland? You may have read MyGolfSpy's recent blog, where we asked two respective authorities of Scottish and Irish golf to go head to head and describe the perfect golf trip to their homeland... and the then say why their itinerary (over the other) deserved the mantle of the best golf trip ever! The article can be read here For those wanting to cut to the chase, the summary is as follows.... Kieran selected the line up below for the "Best Ever Scottish Trip": 1.Old Course, St. Andrews 2.Kingsbarns 3.New Course

  4. Shameless plus coming up (apologies in advance!)... ...but I'd thought I'd let you all know that we still have a few St Andrews Old Course packages available for this summer. If this sounds tempting and you fancy a trip to the Home of Golf this summer then please get in contact on: 1-855-699-5853 (toll free) or usasales@golfbreaks.com Chris, Sean and Connor will be able to help you and answer any

  6. Can Jordan Spieth take one more step to the Grand Slam? Will Tiger make a miraculous run? How different could it have been with Rory in the field? Is it time Lee Westwood wins a major? Can an old dog make one final run at St Andrews? We invite you to join in the conversation with other passionate golfers, while having a chance to win prizes throughout the tournament. WATCH, DISCUSS, WIN! HOW TO ENTER: Tell us the following for each Round: Round 1 – Who will make the most birdies on day 1. Round 2 – Who will be the oldest player left in the field after the cut. Ro
  7. Hi I have just joined and my name is Ian and I am from near St Andrews in Scotland. I am member of Leven Golfing Society which is the 11th oldest golf club in the world, formed in 1820 and celebrating its 200th anniversary in 2020. I retired a couple of years ago and caddy a little during the summer months at Fairmont St Andrews where you will find two fine courses, the Kittocks and the Torrance. I also started a golf tours company offering Scotland Golf Trips, so if anyone needs any information on Golf in Scotland feel free to ask away and I will do my best to help.
