Such an exciting time of year, more than a handful of irons hitting or about to hit the market. Which one(s) have you reaching for your wallet? Me? it's a tough one, but I'd have to say the Srixon 585/785, closely followed by the PING 210. But I certainly wouldn't pass up a chance to try the new JPX Forged or Hot Metals

Excellent condition TaylorMade 2017 M2 Tour 15 Degree 3 Wood head only. I purchased this and played it for a while but later found a 16.5HL that fitted my trajectory better so I'm letting this go. As you can see from the pictures it's in great shape and has no pop up marks or scratches on the crown. Face has normal use and sole is in great shape. Comes with a headcover but it's from the 2017 M1 fairway wood. Headcover is clean but faded from the sun. SOLD

Been gaming the Taylormade TP5X ball for about 2 months now and am really liking it a lot. Long off the tee with a good solid feel. Doesn't feel too hard and performs well. Had been playing the 2016 ProV1x prior. We all know they feel great and green side control is amazing. Better than the Tp5x. I wonder if the TP5 performs better on the greens. Here's a look at the cores and inner layers of the two side by side. Pretty interesting.

I have a Taylormade RSI1 7 iron that I'm trying to remove a steel shaft from the head. I bought this online from Dallas Golf and I'm going to be putting a new Recoil SMACWRAP shaft in it. I've tried every way I can think of to remove this head. Multiple passes with a heat gun and using my shaft extractor with no luck. It will not budge. I did all the rest of my irons with no issue. My question is there certain epoxy that is harder to remove and requires something more than a heat gun? Would a torch work better? I'm really not worried about saving the current shaft, but I d

Well for me this will be challenging, as I know the number will be higher than I expected, and my memory isn't what it used to be. But I thought it'd be fun to list all the drivers we've had in the bag at one time or another. I was going to go by year, but I don't have that good of recall anymore, so I'll go by brand. Let the fun begin. Adams Golf: Speedline Bridgestone: J815- Callaway- Original Big Bertha FT5 FT9 Draw FT-IZ X-Hot Opti

What's going on MGS members? My name is Kyle and I am from Ohio- I've been using MGS for almost a year now but decided recently to start posting and looking at the forums to help my game out, and see what cool new equipment is out there! I used to be a College Baseball player, but now my passion is golf- I would play everyday if I could and almost wish that I would have started playing earlier in life I started playing in 2015 - Currently on the road to break 80- best round an 85.. I am not one of those golfers that will overstate my skills or how far I hit it because of an ego

I look at the bags of people I play with and think, wow! I seriously need to sort my kit out! Don't get me wrong, I do like my irons (Mizuno MP30 3-PW), but I am sure that being so old and so well used, they are not helping my game much anymore. My bag is okay, but my trolley - OMG! - It's one of those old Titleist square tube fold-up jobbies haha! I have a mixture of wedges and these too are old (apart from my Callaway 56 degree) and my woods are also quite ancient when it comes to comparing against the adjustable modern drivers of the last few years or so! Driver sounds like a frying

I've been a TaylorMade irons player since the TaylorMade Bubble Burner Oversize model. I bought my first set in 2000. They were new to me (originally released in 1996), first set of graphite irons and 'quality' golf clubs I ever owned. They replaced my starter set, which I'd had for over 15 years - Spalding Executive's. After the Bubble Burners, I bought the TM RAC LT's, then R7 CGB's, Burner 2.0's, then the SLDR's. Of those, the Burner 2.0's were the longest club's I'd ever owned - though I did my best scoring with the SLDR's. I had it in my head, I'd move to the PSi's, or maybe the

Wanted to hear the MGS forum's thoughts on two mallet putters. I've played a Scotty Cameron Studio Style Newport that I had restored back in 2005, with custom colors, for the past 10+ years. I've been streaky with it, at best, but as silly as it sounds, it's my putter. I've never really wanted to change. I mean, it has my initials on it. I've been playing a course with excruciatingly slow greens lately, which has seemed to amplify mishits due to the speed required to get the ball to the hole. While I've always known I'm a SBST putter playing a putter that tends towards a more arc sty
