  1. Hi everyone! I'm new here so I hope I'm putting this question in the correct area of the forum. I'm going to start using Arccos this season and I'm having difficulty finding reviews for using an AppleWatch for tracking as opposed to their Caddie Link accessory. Is the AppleWatch functionality both stable and equally usable; or should I buy a Caddie Link even though I already wear an AppleWatch 6? To be clear: Personally, my priority is a good user experience, and is far more important than saving money. Thanks.
  2. Has anyone dug into Shot Scope's new Strokes Gained feature? I got an email on it today. It uses PGA Tour pros as the benchmark, so I'm betting we all have shots lost! I think this is what Arccos offers, right? Arccos seems well established although I hear it does not play nice with Apple Watch.
  3. WARNING: This is a somewhat lengthy post wherein I simply discuss some equipment changes and the reason behind them. I offer some data, but don't dive into launch monitor numbers or anything like that. I'm simply utilizing what knowledge I possess to make the game more enjoyable for myself and wanted to share my experience. Read on and comment if you'd like. I've been quite happy with my bag for some time now despite knowing that I've given up some distance and certain other luxuries. Finally, I decided it was time for a change and wanted to start with the driver. My Nike Vapor Pro w/
  4. I bought a full set of Arccos Sensors in January and i've already had 4 or 5 break or not sensing. Did I get a bad batch or has anyone else had similar problems?
  5. For months now there has been talk of the upcoming G710 irons an update to the ultra successful G710 irons released in 2017. One of the best looking game improvement irons on the market, how could PING improve on them. Well read and SEE below for yourself. PING introduces G710 distance iron with Arccos Caddie Smart Grips PHOENIX (January 20, 2020): In the new G710 irons, PING engineers deliver golfers more distance and forgiveness in a sleek, dark finish, PING President John K. Solheim announced today. The new irons are available for custom fitting and pre-order at auth
  6. Does anyone have any info on the Arccos caddie link? When is it going to come out, and what is the hold up. I love the Arccos data but I can't get comfortable with my phone in my front pocket. I also don't like to play with a watch on. I know you can play with an Iwatch as the link but I don't have an Iphone. Will any other smart watches work? I guess I could wear it on my belt like the link.
  7. I am going out on a stretch with this one... When we all buy new golf clubs or are in the market for a new club (testing), we head over to our local shop (Dicks Sports, Edwin Watts, PGA Superstore, etc) and request to try the clubs out in the bay with the launch monitors. Of course, how well is the new club going to compare to our existing club. In my personal experience, the employees in the shops always seem annoyed when you ask to try out clubs in the bays; more so if you are a lefty such as myself. That means they have to move the launch monitor sensor to the other side of the mat .
  8. (3) TESTERS Announced ARCCOS 360 w/Caddie 2.0 Wouldn't it be cool, I mean really cool, to have your own personal caddie following you around for the rest of the summer? No, it wouldn't be Cheech Marin telling you to stop thinking immortality and starting thinking 7-iron. We're talking about ARCCOS 360 and its newly updated Caddie 2.0. ARCCOS 360 will give you an unfiltered, unforgiving look at the reality of your game, and Caddie 2.0 will help you define the moment instead of letting the moment define you. TESTERS Announced: ARCCOS believes if you allow Caddie 2.0 to
  9. Just wanted to share my experience with Arccos after making the switch from Game Golf Live. I'm sure there have been plenty of reviews for both systems, but I've seen some misinformation floating around on how the Game Golf system works, and a lot of the Arccos reviews I've read often leave me wanting to know more than the author provided. Here goes… I've been a Game Golf user for a few years now starting with the original GG unit and then upgrading to GG Live once it was released. I've really enjoyed being able to get a more in-depth analysis of my game without having to take a bunch of
  10. I fairly new to interacting in the forums and I'm obviously not as connected in the industry as many of you are but I figured why not post this here and see what everyone thinks. Now this may have been previously mentioned (If so apologize for the double post) but I was getting some question answered by someone at Arccos and they mentioned that they have a new sensor set coming that would essentially open up the availability of Cobra Connect to everyone and not just Cobra users. The set would presumably replace the 14 screw sensors with 13 grips with specialized sensors (likely the same one us

I have been using Arccos for 4 months, says my handicap is 15. I don't belong to a club, thus I don't have an "official" handicap. Does anyone uses Arccos and knows if the handicap the system assigns is accurate?

  14. 5 QUESTIONS WITH ARCCOS CEO SAL SYED Golf and tech is quickly becoming almost synonymous, with a bevy of products ranging from swing analyzers to GPS watches. The latest craze is instant game tracking technology and it excites me that this weeks 5-ish questions is a chance to pick the mind of Arccos CEO, Sal Syed. What is Arccos, and what kind of useful information can the average golfer glean from using Arccos? How will it help their game improve?
