  1. From Callaway Here’s what Callaway staffer Steven Brown used to win the Portugal Masters today on the European Tour: Epic Flash Sub Zero Driver (10.5*) – Misubishi Diamana RF Chemical 60x Shaft Epic Flash Fairway Wood (15*) Epic Flash Hybrid (21*) X-Forged 18 Irons (4-PW) Mack Daddy Forged Wedges (50*, 56*) Mack Daddy 4 Wedge (60*) Odyssey White Hot Pro #7 Putter
  2. Almost a total remodel of the bag. Epic Flash SZ 10.5 set at -1 N Graphite Design Tour AD TSG Blue X (45") M3 15 set at -2 Paderson Fairway KG 860-F30 S Epic Flash SZ 18 set at S N Tensei AV Blue 70 X Z585 4 & 5 KBS C Taper S Z785 6-AW KBS C Taper S Glide Forged 56 KBS Hi Rev 2.0 Glide Forged 60 KBS Hi Rev 2.0 SS 28 CS 33" Driver: Thank you MGS, flat out the best driver I have ever had in the bag. 3W: A random purchase after being unable to hit the original epic 3w. Put same shaft that I was fit for in the epic and it has been a match made in heaven. Absolute money from the tee and I know exactly what it will do from the fairway. Combined with the driver there are not many par 5's that I can't reach. 5W: Solid club but this spot has always been a trouble spot in my bag and that hasn't changed in 20 years. Irons: Love the combo and they feel absolutely amazing. All of them are 1* strong, standard lie and +1/2" Biggest thing I was looking for in making the change was more control. They definitely fly different than P790's but hopefully after an adjustment period they will meet or exceed my expectations. Wedges: A different look from what I am used to but feel is amazing. The shaft on full swings is so easy for me to deliver correctly. Putter: Not a fast revolving door but one that moves some. Have gotten used to the look of the center shaft but still struggling with alignment some. Ball: Titleist PROV1X #23 imprinted with THEZIPR in blue. Have played this ball since its birth and while I have tried many other options nothing has been able to kick it out. Rangefinder: Bushnell PRO X2 Glove: Footjoy Weathersof. Love the Ping tour glove but at the rate I go through gloves I just can't justify the price difference. Shoes: Ecco Biom G 3 BOA and Biom Hybrid 3 BOA. Most comfortable shoes I have ever worn.
  3. And you thought forum testing season was over huh? Well, you should know at My Golf Spy, testing never sleeps. Whether it’s the Most Wanted Testing, Forum Testing or just plain unofficial forum members doing their own testing, we are always anxious to hear about something new on the market. So the good folks at Callaway reached with a set of 2019 Big Bertha irons to be reviewed. So as we did earlier this year, we put our heads together and came up with who we feel will be a fine selection to put these to the test. And we came up with the perfect Spy in our opinon, please join Dawg Daddy as he shares his thoughts on these irons over the next 4 weeks or so. Normally this is where we would write a bit of a promo piece about the irons while the selection process is going on. But since Dawg Daddy has had these in hand for a short time, we don’t want to spoil any of his Stage 1 impressions on looks and initial thoughts. As we did during some of the later season reviews, Dawg Daddy is ready and able to answer any questions you throw at him along the way, he doesn’t have to save anything for Stage 2. These are expected to be one of the biggest selling irons on the market next year and will definitely get a lot of attention, so fire away with any questions you might have for him.

  13. Testers Chosen! Testing the 2019 Callaway Epic Flash: @edingc @yungkory And testing the Epic Flash Sub Zero: @THEZIPR23 @sirchunksalot Full announcement posted here. 4 Testers Wanted First there was just Epic and it had Jailbreak, then came Rogue and it had new lighter Jailbreak, Flash forward another year and we now have Epic Flash and Epic Flash Sub Zero, both with an even newer version of jailbreak and newer lighter crown but most importantly a face that was created by Artificial Intelligence----there has to be a Harry Arnett vs. Chad Coleman joke in there somewhere---to produce ball speeds that make heads spin at the USGA to insure they are within CT limits. We all know how the USGA is about it's rules these day...but I digress. So with all that these two drivers have to be the best ever right? Or at least the best of 2019? The results of My Golf Spy's Most Wanted testing released just last week, showed the Epic Flash Sub Zero at the top of the list. And that's no small achievement, as 2019 has widely been proclaimed the year of the driver, first by our very own Tony Covey last fall and afterward by just about every reviewer with a camera and YouTube login. But we're going to give you, actually four of you a chance to find out for yourself just how good these two drivers are. HOW TO APPLY: in this thread - and ONLY in this thread - tell us the following: 1. Your first name and home state or province. -US and Canada eligible 2. Your current handicap and driver swing speed 3. Your current driver 4. List whether you would like to review the Epic Flash or Epic Flash Sub Zero Simple Enough...Good luck everyone, we'll chose our testers sometime next week!

  22. **MOVED TO EBAY, BIG PRICE DROP** If interested, you can see the listing here. I am selling a mint Callaway Rogue driver autographed by Sergio Garcia...yes, THAT Sergio Garcia. The all-time Ryder Cup points leader. I won the club from a PGA Tour Superstore Twitter contest. So, let's get to the goods. This is a Callaway Rogue driver, 10.5 degrees with a stock, regular-flex shaft. It has never been hit and has only been taken out of the packaging to admire it and take the photos of it you can find below. I am happy to provide more photos upon request. As for the autograph, no, I do not have a COA. However, I do have the entirety of the Twitter messages and email chain between the PGA Tour Superstore rep and me. I can provide these to you upon request. In the email chain, I asked if they had a COA for the autograph and, sadly, they didn't. The rep did assure me, though, he was standing there watching as El Nino signed the club. I am told the autograph (which, to the best of my knowledge, is authentic) combined with the email and Twitter threads would suffice/be enough for a PSA certificate of authenticity to be awarded, though you'd have to pay the fees for that process. After checking to see what some other Sergio-signed merch is going for, taking into account the value of a brand new driver, and considering I do not have a COA, I am asking $700. But I will entertain any serious offers. Please, pm me with any questions, concerns, requests, and offers. Best, Kyle
  23. Hey guys, We have recently taken up golf and are now on a very tongue-in-cheek journey to becoming scratch golfers. Don’t worry, we’re closer to landing on the moon at this rate. We document each round and would love to hear any feedback, tips or if anyone else around London/Essex wants to play. Our latest video is here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=r6K8KtmpGbA Check it out, if you can!
  24. So I'm trying to fund my purchase of the new TS lineup of woods from Titleist. Mrs. Nut says I have to sell off some equipment before I can buy anything new. Up first: Titleist D3 with either Rogue Max, Diamana White ... asking $200. Very good condition, as is all my Titleist clubs. Few marks on the crown from bag chatter but clean otherwise. Next we have the Callaway GBB Epic Sub-Zero with either Rogue Max or PX Yellow 6.0. Very clean club, no marks anywhere. Asking $225 OBO Finally we have the Srixon 565. This was a test for me that didn't pan out. Asking $150 Any questions or need additional pics, let me know. Thanks for looking. Golfinnut
