  1. The set up T100s: 7-48* T200: 4,5,6 Project X LZ 6.5 (x-flex) 125g 2* upright Tour velvet. T100s (7,8,9,P,G) I was first drawn to the T100s because these irons look so freaking clean. I had no intention of buying a set, I just wanted to try and hit a club that I thought was out of my league. What I found however, was a relatively forgiving and extremely fun to hit set. To clarify, when I say forgiving, I don't mean your miss hits will be knocking down flags, and I don't mean your chunked shots will still be pin high. What I DO mean, is that if you catch it a little thin, or a bit on the toe, you're still gonna be in the hole. You may have to make a long putt or get up and down to save par, but you'll still be in play. its forgiving for the type of iron that it is. what I like most about these irons is the distance control. The speed feels consistent across the face (gross miss hits not included) and i have yet to have a ball rocket over the green because a particularly "hot" part of the club face. I was also impressed with how well the club moved through the turf, especially coming from a much wider soled set (jpx 825) If i had to nitpick the only compliant I have is that the pw and gw are 44 and 48, respecticly. I would have preferred 45 and 50. And i know the t100 is close to that, and I know I can bend them, but then we are messing the bounce, yadda yadda yadda. Final though on the T100s, they feel and look great, and if you are stuck between GI and players iron, I would suggest at the very least giving the T100s a few swings. T200 (4,5,6) The decision to use the T200 for the longer irons was a result of having a frank discussion with myself about my own skill level. The heads are a little bigger, soles wider, and they resist face manipulation a bit more. Couple that with stronger lofts and a hotter face and they fit the bill for what i need in my longer irons. Having never gamed the t200 short irons I can only speculate, but I don't know if I'd like the hotter face in my short irons. I did try the t200 and t100 7 irons back to back, and the extra pop from the T200 is very noticeable. The T200 also made painful noise on miss-hits, but its a small price to pay for keeping it in play. The Combo Set I am a huge fan of the split set, and am glad I went this route. There is no reason to have irons in your bag that you don't feel confident with. For me this meant using longer irons I know will launch high enough and straight enough, and shorter irons that are consistent and predictable. closing I think the T100s and the T200 are solid clubs, and i would recommend trying them if you are in the market for new irons.
  2. I am looking for a new shaft. I have narrowed it down a little. I really loved the S3 data comparisons that MGS ran for the Fujikura Pro 2.0 6s. I am inquiring here to see if someone can provide data charts like that for the Evenflow T1100 White 65 6.0, compared to the Fujikura Pro 2.0 6x. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
  3. Hi everyone, I'm looking for a specific 2017 shaft for a driver. It's the "ProjectX" LZ Handcrafted Driver Shaft, 6.5 flex, around 65-67grams of weight, standard length. Any help? Thank you for your time
  4. Great forum, great community, and I am sure one of the knowledgeable members has come across this question before (or, can point me in the right direction). I have used the search bar some to pin point this topic to some effect, but haven't come across the answer that satisfies my curiosity. I already know and understand a dynamic fitting and static fitting work best for shaft fitting and it's hard to beat a good (and patient) fitter. My question pertains to online iron shaft fitting/recommendations from most of the shaft manufacturers and/or online fitting services: How relevant is a question regarding iron distance (say, 6i carry) when your current 6i loft and the set you are interested in purchasing is different? I could ,theoretically, hit my 6i 170 yards using a 26* loft but only hit my buddies 6i 155 yards using 29*...these are just relative numbers to express a questionable point... with all other variables being the same (relatively speaking) but loft. My interpretation of the line of questions for iron shaft recommendation is that it is generating results based on flight and dispersion preferences along with swing speed/power/carry distance. However, if my current 6i is 26* and is allowing me to move the ball 170yds down the fairway, how good is the online fitting tool going to be if the new set I am interested in has a more traditional loft to it? Am I totally off base in this line of thinking? Are the manufacturers shaft recommendations useless? Again, I apologize if this has already been discussed ad nauseam. Happy golfing!
  5. Looking to buy a driver length Project X HZRDUS T1100 6.5 75gram. Needs to be in good condition and I don't care if the adapter isn't Cobra. I can change it myself later if needed. Just looking for a decent deal
  6. I recently swapped my Project X 6.5’s for a set of 5.5’s. I did keep the 7i shaft as it had been repaired after bending it around a tree. Its new home is in an old Wilson 2i. I digress, I want to sell these shafts. I have 4,5,6,8,9,PW with grips, Lamkin 3 gen ACE that have been played but are in good shape. The shafts have ferrules but I recommend dressing them up with new ferrules if you have the opportunity. Here’s some pics. I’ll start at $100 shipped within the lower 48. Thanks for looking. I’ll be playing at Sweetens this weekend so I may be out of touch. I’ll check in when I can to answer questions.

  10. Excellent set of Taylormade M2 irons 5-PW and a Taylormade M2 Tour Gap (A) wedge. I have taken individual pictures of the gap wedge and the 7 iron to show the difference between the M2 and M2 tour. The M2 Tour gap wedge blends seamlessly with the set and features slightly less offset than the standard M2 irons. These clubs have been upgraded to Project X 6.0 Graphite shafts and have Golf Pride Velvet Cord grips on the 5-PW and Golf Pride Z Cord grip on the Gap (A) wedge. They have been played approx. 12 rounds with range sessions in between. The faces show minimal normal wear and the soles have no rock chips or dings. Swingweight is D2 and the 5 iron measures 38.5" long. Images can be found here: http://imgur.com/a/R9Dtc Email me at rcslade@hotmail.com Asking $523 shipped OBO.
