  1. While at the PGA Show I had the opportunity to stop by the Under Armour Golf booth and check out all the latest in it's line of apparel, shoes and accessories. I made off with these two cool pair of shades that we are giving away to two lucky forum members. To be eligible, you have to be a forum member. Then it's a simple as posting below which model you would prefer. 1) Big Shot Tuned Golf ideal for wearing on the course during play 2) Glimpse Tuned Recovery, designed to help your eyes de-stress after the round and return to a natural state, Both can be used on the course and the Big Shot Golf Tuned is one of the few golf sunglasses that are officially rated safe for driving a vehicle. So tell us below which one you would choose to win and Good Luck!! Entries will be closed on Sunday February 3rd at 11:59 PM EST The two winners will be announced in this thread by Tuesday February 5, 2019. Thanks everyone for the great response to this giveaway. Congratulations to our two winners: Please send me a PM with your mailing address. Tuned Golf-PETERPC2828 Tuned Recovery-PULLEDABILL
  2. Up for sale is a never worn pair of electric sunglasses. Knoxville pro non polarized. Matte black $120obo
  3. I recently bought a pair of Oakley flak jacket 2.0 sunglasses with Oakley Prizm lenses. I have never liked playing with sunglasses on and recently have noticed that my eyesight seems to be declining a little. Having blue eyes, I decided it would probably be best to keep sunglasses on when I play and thus the Oakley Prizms came in. Great lenses who I would recommend to anyone for golf. Alright now to the part where it actually helped my game. When I first started hitting balls with these I noticed that I was looking out the bottom of the lenses to see my ball. I thought this a little strange and figured I would just return them and get another pair that didn't give me this same problem. For the rest of the day though, I was stuck with them so may as well make it work... To keep from annoying myself to death, I concentrated on keeping my head down and looking through the center of the glasses at the ball. The first swing I did this and boom, went dead straight and was smoked. I didn't think anything of it at first but kept hitting balls and sure enough, I was crushing everything(dead straight) as long as I concentrated on looking through the center of the lenses. I have always thought I did a good job keeping my head down throughout the swing and have never been corrected even when playing with the club pro. Apparently I wasn't doing a good enough job of it. The first two rounds after this small adjustment were 74, 72. These aren't super low scores for me by any means but they were a 74 and 72 with absolutely EMBARRASSING putting. If a tour pro had the putts I had then they probably shoot 65, 67. Putting aside, my point was that I struck it beautifully! All because of one tiny swing tweak that was brought on by a pair of sunglasses. I decided to keep the flak jacket 2.0s so that I would notice when I was lifting my head up again. The moral of this story is that basics and fundamentals are huge in golf! Make sure your grip is good and your head is down. Then hit it the hell up the fairway lol What is your General swing flaw that you fall into and how do you combat it? Post #1000!!!
  4. Fan out and catch a few shades from Forest Eyewear, a privately outlined shades mark from O'ahu.Everyone thought for these high quality pieces came to Whitlock after he lost one an excessive number of pairs of shades in the water. The arrangement? Wooden edges, which glide and furthermore gave him a fun carpentry venture to handle. Three months in the wake of making a slick model, the shades wouldn't quit netting appreciating remarks from family and companions, so Whitlock took it to the following entrepreneurial level and authoritatively propelled a line of them in February of this current year. To speed creation time and minimize expenses, he enrolled the assistance of a little woodshop in China to produce the shades. Water. Wonderfully nitty gritty walnut and beech wood grain give each pair of the Wooden Sun glasses a one of a kind look, with a retro pilot outline and straight forehead bar. The wood is used to make the Sunglasses' temple pieces, which support the acetate frame made overseas and hold the glasses in place when tucked behind the wearer's ears. Although the first pair was made by hand in a studio, subsequent pairs are cut by a machine lathe and then finished by hand.
