Hey guys, I'm a student at UC San Diego. I've been golfing for years, and am constantly trying to improve my game. As I was golfing several months back, I was thinking about how much I love golf, and want to expand its reach to new golfers. I want each golfer to walk away from the game (or the range) feeling empowered, gratified, and relaxed, just the way I do when I get out and hit some shots. I want a product that's easy to use, so that it brings out the best in each golfer's game. I'm creating an app prototype that uses just the iPhone camera to analyze every part of your swing
Just updated my apps and whaaaat - Again - what what? Need to test it out soon and see how it compares to the sensor! May even take 2 phones with me to the range to check both lol!
Gogolf posted a topic in Training Aids, GPS Devices, Apps, Accessories & More!Hi Everyone, I wanted to share an iPhone app I've been working on in my free time while holding down a tech job. For the longest time, I have been looking for something to help me take my game from the practice tee over to the golf course and when I realized most training aids were designed to be used on the range, I decided to build it something I could keep in my pocket in practice rounds. That's how concept for the GolfBeats app started. The app has vibrating cues to help golfers know when to start the next sequence. To use the app, I just open it before I tee off and make a few swings
