  1. As I was getting back into golf this year and was unsure that I would be able to actually golf at all due to a back injury, I wanted to get a bag that was inexpensive and light. I like to walk and would be using a push cart so I figured the lighter and cheaper the better (I was wrong). Golf Town had a sale and I picked one of these up for $100 Canadian. I played about 8 rounds with this bag, walked them all with a push cart. First off, it was indeed light! It weighs only about 4lbs without anything in it. The first thing I noticed though when I put clubs in it and slung it around my back was how unbalanced the bag was. Because it was made so light there wasn't enough weight in the bottom and the top of the bag kept tilting over and my clubs would slide out. Really, really annoying. I tried adjusting the strap but it didn't help much. The pockets were actually pretty well done and easy to access. The cooler was fairly small but big enough to fit a couple of bottles in. The ball pocket was large enough and so were the sides. You can get all your gear in there that you need. The Umbrella hook was pretty much useless and the tee pocket was pretty small. Otherwise the storage was very good. The club divider was a complete disaster. It's a 14 way divider and it seems the devil himself designed it. My clubs would snag, every...single...time I tried to pull one out. I broke off 3 game golf tags trying to get clubs out. As you can see my clubs look more like that tin in your kitchen where you shove all the big spoons and spatulas into. Clubs were banging into each other constantly and there was immediate regret buying the bag, mostly because of this. There was a nice handle for grabbing the bag though and it is easy to load in and out of your car. Weight: 7/10 (loses points because it's so unbalanced when carried) Looks: 5/10 Functionality: 5/10 Overall 5.5/10 If Wilson could fix the terrible divider and balance issue they'd have a pretty good bag here. I have recently bought a Ping Pioneer to replace it. I will review that soon!

  3. Well fellow Spys, it's time for a little spring cleaning. All items are OBO and willing to negotiate. Not trying to get rich, just make it fair. I've been buying and selling on eBay for a long time (ID=pgcsf). I know what things are worth, I keep items in best condition possible and I have great feedback. As for shipping, smaller items are most likely free. Everything else, we will decide best option together and I'd prefer to split cost 50/50. I usually use USPS priority and it's almost always reasonable. Any thoughts/questions we'll work it out. Will ship within 48hrs of received payment. I try very hard to describe all items as accurately as possible. I take great care of my equipment and have no problem passing it on to others to enjoy. Anything, please ask. Please DM me Oudefart and I'll happily include more pics for any specific item. Thanks. I will do my best to honor correspondence in order received. I reserve the right to end any discussion/agreement should it get nasty (it happens, at least on eBay). Finally, I request all transactions via PayPal. I'd prefer using Friends/Family option to avoid an fees. Thanks. Here's the list: - OBAN Kiyoshi Black shaft for driver. 04 flex (stiff) 75g. Depending on head, finished club should measure roughly 44.5" $125 OBO - Leupold GX-1 rangerfinder. 5. If you follow BestGrips on facebook and twitter, you are aware that we have been looking for a decent golf bag for sometime. Most of the options out there are extremely expensive and are not made to last. A few months of research led me to Club Glove, which I firmly believe is neither cheaply made or outrageously priced. With that said, BestGrips is evaluating customized bags for the 2014 season. You would pick the color of the Club Glove bag, and BestGrips will customize the three panels with embroidery, or leather/exotic inlay. The option will be the FCO III Cart bag and possibly the Billboard Bag. I like the color options offered by Club Glove, especially the use of black as the base color (never, never, never get a white bag!). As with all things BestGrips, the bags will be priced insanely competitive. All of the services (including golf grips) we offer are priced below market because the internet means no middle men and consequently no middle man or distributor fees. Look for more info sometime in Q1 or Q2 of next year (if extremely interested, contact me direct).
