  1. My gamer driver has been a Cobra Fly-z for a couple of years, tried couple others but nothing was as forgiving and easy to hit the fairway with.... Decided to try a Cobra Extreme 9* set at +1. Three rounds with it and never hit as many fairways. Should have named it 'fairway finder'. I play the same course all the time and know my yardages.... probably 10 yards longer than my Fly-z. I have a TENSEI™ AV Blue 55 with SFW regular shaft that more center strikes than any shaft i have played over the years. I also had this shat in my fly-z and was getting the same center strikes in that head. I'm a senior golfer with a 88 - 92 mph ss. I can hit a draw with it but the ball really wants to go straight. If you are looking for a really forgiving driver, give the Extreme a shot, can be had for great prices now. I will be selling a TENSEI™ AV Blue 55 with SFW stiff shaft that I gave a try but the regular suits my SS. Will post next couple of days if anyone is interested.
  2. Now these are real beauties......
  3. Wow! It didn't take long for Cobra to capitalize on this........Go Cobra!
  4. Cobra has an online fitting tool setup for the new Fly-Z Driver Line. Click here to check it out.
  5. ...the Weight is over! GolfSpy Tony has had a chance to get spend some decent time with the Cobra team and develop a real deep understanding of the strategy and tech behind Cobra's line-up for 2015. You'll want to clear part of your schedule as there are three blog posts needed to cover the whole line-up, but do take the time to read them - some really interesting stuff coming out of Cobra ... not just interesting, but it seems that they are ahead of the game in a lot of respects with the functionality of their tech. Links to the Blog Posts: 2015 Cobra FLY-Z Driver Line-up 2015 Cobra FLY-Z Fairway & Hybrid Line-up 2015 Cobra FLY-Z Iron Line-up The line-up includes: 3 driver models (FLY-Z+, FLY-Z & FLY-Z XL) 3 fairway models (FLY-Z+, FLY-Z & FLY-Z XL) 2 Hybrid models (FLY-Z & FLY-Z XL) 4 iron models (FLY-Z Pro, FLY-Z+, FLY-Z & FLY-Z XL) You can access Cobra's own "Flip It & Rip It" Tech youtube video HERE Head on over to the blog and get your fix of 2015 golf tech goodness, then come back here and let us know what you think. Does this present a significant step forward for Cobra? Which models strike your fancy? Any Steelers fans chomping at the bit for a Gold/Black FLY-Z+ driver? Have questions about the 2015 line-up? Ask them in here and GolfSpy T is likely to be able to answer them for you, or make contact with Cobra to get them answered.
