Any suggestions for an insert/insole for golf shoes? I do a lot of walking and I have never tried an insert and wonder if it's worth the cost.

I have now played five rounds with these insoles and can truly say that my knees, hips, and back feel much less strain. They are liquid filled so they move with your foot and increase circulation. I have always had a tendency to sway and feel off balance, therefore I was very interested to test their claim of allowing for better balance. It does take some getting used to but I must say that you can actually feel the sole redistributing your weight as you swing.
