  1. Titleist Introduces New Scotty Cameron Phantom X Putters Next Evolution of Mallet Line Offers New Tour-inspired Designs for 2022 CARLSBAD, Calif. (March 22, 2022) – Building upon the success and momentum of Phantom X mallets on the PGA Tour – highlighted by the historic putting performance of 2021 Player of the Year Patrick Cantlay – Scotty Cameron introduces the next evolution of the Phantom X family, bringing the most in-demand mallet shapes from the Tour to golfers everywhere. With seven new models available on April 15 in golf shops worldwide, and three additional models arriving on June 17, the 2022 Phantom X mallet putter lineup features entirely new head shapes and updates to popular models. The putters also feature a new textured grip, new graphics and premium styling. Tour-preferred milled 303 stainless steel face construction carries through to nearly every new model. Expanding on the overwhelming response to the March 2021 Phantom X line extension designs and their adoption by tour professionals, Scotty has updated the Phantom X 5 and 5.5 putters, redesigned the Phantom X 7 and 7.5 models, and created the brand-new Phantom X 9 and 9.5, all of which will be available in April with an updated Phantom X 12. The new Phantom X 11 and 11.5 will be released in June 2022 with a straight-shafted Phantom X 5s, as well. These new mallets complete a 10-putter Phantom X lineup that promises to be the most compelling family of Scotty Cameron high-tech, high-performance mallets to date. QUOTING SCOTTY CAMERON: “Each time I develop a line of putters, the new models go into the hands of the best players in the world. From Tour players, we get critical insight into what works for them – what they are looking for – both overall and specifically. From the type of neck configurations to topline thickness, to the sound and feel from the various types of materials and metal we use, professionals know what they want. And I’ve always taken my design cues from what the best in the world demand. With these new Phantom X mallets, I have the benefit of the past few years of input from players and a line that’s already established on Tour. The 2022 Phantom X mallets feature the ‘greatest hits’ of what we’ve developed - the solid stainless-steel faces, the new necks, the new shapes - rolled out in high-end, premium precision milled mallets designed to inspire us all to play better. I believe there’s a putter in this line that will appeal to just about every mallet player.” 2022 PHANTOM X TECHNOLOGY: Each new 2022 Phantom X putter is an integration of steel and aluminum, with nine of the 10 models engineered specifically with a solid, precision-milled 303 stainless steel face and body that’s expertly fused with a 6061 aircraft grade aluminum sole and flange component. The new Phantom X 12 employs an aluminum face/sole with stainless steel wings for maximum MOI, while its slimmed down flange section and extended alignment create a longer-looking, easier-to-aim update to the prior model. • SOLID STAINLESS STEEL FACE/BODY CONSTRUCTION: Precision milled in the United States from a block of solid 303 stainless steel, the new Phantom X 5, 5.5, 5s, 7, 7.5, 9, 9.5, 11 and 11.5 models were designed with a solid stainless steel face that is carried through to the body/wings and integrated with an aluminum sole/flange component for performance and playability with consistent sound and soft feel. • PRECISION MILLED, TOUR-INSPIRED SHAPES: Designed with feedback from touring professionals - and validated with multiple victories around the world in 2021 - the new 2022 Phantom X mallets further express player preferences with features like precision milled solid stainless steel faces, sleek putter head profiles, refined alignment cues, high durability finishes, and specific shaft and neck configurations. • SHAFT/NECK CONFIGURATIONS: The refreshed Phantom X 11.5 will continue to feature a low-bend stepless steel shaft installed over a milled topline spud, while the updated Phantom X 7.5 and all-new Phantom X 9.5 will employ small slant/jet necks like the recently revamped Phantom X 5.5. The Phantom X 5, 7, 9, 11 and 12 models each have a stepless steel shaft engineered to minimize face rotation with a single mid-bend aimed directly down the target line. The summer-release Phantom X 5s has a straight stepless steel shaft installed near the center point of the topline with zero offset. 2022 PHANTOM X LINE MODELS: The new additions to the Phantom X line offer golfers multiple mallet options in 33", 34" and 35" lengths, each with one of four specific neck/shaft configurations: In Shops Spring 2022 – April 15 • Phantom X 5: Updated for 2022 with a new sole plate design and graphics, this Tour-proven, near-face balanced mid-mallet with a single bend shaft returns with a solid face configuration precision milled from 303 stainless steel, integrated with an updated aluminum sole plate and customizable stainless steel sole weights. • Phantom X 5.5: The small slant/jet neck setup inspired by Justin Thomas’ prototype gamer returns in the latest Phantom X 5.5. Its solid face/body configuration is precision milled from 303 stainless steel and integrated with the line’s updated aluminum sole plate and customizable stainless steel sole weights. Also available left-handed. • Phantom X 7: Completely updated for 2022 as a highly requested shape on Tour and introduced as the 2021 My Girl Limited, this angular wingback mallet with a single bend shaft and an integrated aluminum flange/sole component includes dual purpose alignment features, a solid milled stainless steel face and new sole plate design. Its long, sharp wings not only create alignment value but reposition weight farther back, increasing stability and MOI. • Phantom X 7.5: Identical to the Phantom X 7 but with a small slant/jet neck to promote slight toe flow, this all-new angular wingback mallet shape unveiled as the 2021 H21 Limited Proto has a solid milled stainless steel face with an integrated aluminum flange/sole component with enhanced alignment options in its longer, sharper wing design. • Phantom X 9: Sharing design attributes of the popular Phantom X 5 and 11 shapes, this all-new, near-face balanced compact high-MOI wingback mallet has a solid milled stainless steel face and wings integrated with a rounded 6061 aluminum flange-sole component for a unique profile with simple alignment cues, a “connected” or “solid” look at address, and modern appeal. • Phantom X 9.5: With its small slant/jet neck, this is the follow-up to the 2021 Phantom X 9.5 Triple Black Limited. This brand new high-MOI mallet has a solid milled stainless steel face carried through to the body/wings integrated with a 6061 aluminum sole-flange component for a unique profile with enhanced alignment features and toe flow. • Phantom X 12: Redesigned with an elongated single continuous alignment line and updated with a thinner mid-section profile and new graphics, the new Phantom X 12 has the highest MOI in the line. With its single mid-bend shaft, swept-back wings precision milled from 303 stainless steel and aluminum face/body, this mallet promotes forgiveness with its perimeter weighting and superior sound and feedback. Left-handed version also available. In Shops Summer 2022 – June 17 • Phantom X 5s: As part of the upcoming summer release, the popular Phantom X 5 wingback mid-mallet shape enters the line with a straight shaft and a milled topline sight line for players favoring a straight-back-straight-through putting stroke and zero offset. This straight shafted model has a solid milled stainless steel face, customizable sole weights and sports the line’s new precision milled aluminum sole plate design. • Phantom X 11: Updated with the 2022 Phantom X sole design and new graphics, the high-MOI face-balanced wingback Phantom X 11 arrives with a mid-bend shaft and a solid precision milled 303 stainless steel face, topline, body and wings integrated with an aluminum flange/sole component with simple alignment cues and customizable stainless steel sole weights. The new Phantom X 11 shares design similarities with the wingback Phantom X 12 and Phantom X 5, yet provides a new option in performance-oriented mallets for players seeking high MOI and stability in a more compact platform. • Phantom X 11.5: Identical to the Phantom X 11 except for its shaft configuration, the new 11.5 adds another compact mallet option to the high-tech Phantom X line. This high-MOI wingback mallet with a low-bend shaft for slight toe flow and a solid precision milled 303 stainless steel face, topline, body and wings integrated with an aluminum flange/sole component with simple alignment cues and customizable stainless steel sole weights features the line’s updated graphics and sole design. TOUR VALIDATION: The new Phantom X family got off to a fast start on the PGA Tour, as the champion of The American Express won the event playing a new Phantom X 7.5 model for the first time. He finished the week second in Strokes Gained: Putting (+6.402) while averaging 1.577 putts per green in regulation. “The first time he put it down, the putter just set up perfect for him,” said Scotty Cameron Tour Rep Drew Page. “He was really impressed how it sat on the ground, and thought it looked great. It’s been the same story for many players who’ve put Phantoms in play. ‘Man, this thing sets on the ground perfect. I really like the way it looks.’ He rolled a few putts with it on Tuesday, I just threw his grip on and it went into play.” Scotty Cameron is the winningest putter brand on the 2021-22 PGA Tour, with Scotty Cameron players already combining for nine victories. Last season, Patrick Cantlay recorded the Tour all-time putting performance at the BMW Championship with his Phantom X 5, gaining more strokes putting (+14.6) than any player in a single tournament since they began tracking the statistic in 2004. He made 537 feet of putts over the 72 holes of regulation, the longest of any player on the PGA TOUR this season by a margin of 30 feet. Cantlay added another 33 feet, 6 inches of putts in the playoff, putting him over 570 feet (longer than 1 ½ football fields) for the week. The following week, he won the Tour Championship, his fourth victory of the season, and the FedEx Cup. The current World No. 1 on the LPGA plays a Phantom X 5.5 – inspired by the Futura X 5.5 gamer that Justin Thomas has used to win 12 of his 13 PGA Tour titles. Max Homa (twice) and Garrick Higgo have each won on the PGA Tour playing Phantom X models, while C.T. Pan was one of two players to reach the podium in Tokyo last summer playing a Phantom X. Last season’s PGA TOUR Rookie of the year Will Zalatoris plays a Phantom X 11. PHANTOM X WEIGHTING & SHAFTS: Each new Phantom X putter features advanced stability weighting with two customizable stainless steel heel-toe weights and stepless steel shafts. NEW GRIPS: Each new Phantom X putter comes with an updated Pistolero Plus grip with a non-slip and decorative texture that, like its Pistolero Plus predecessors, has less taper in the low hand for the ideal combination of size, feel and feedback when paired with Phantom X mallet putters. FINISH & GRAPHICS: New 2022 Phantom X stainless steel putter heads all undergo Scotty’s silver mist process for a near-permanent, radiant, yet glare resistant, appearance and texture. The 6061 aircraft grade aluminum components have been misted and anodized black. Scotty’s familiar three-dot theme carries through to the back cavities of the Phantom X 5, 5.5, 5s, 7 and 7.5 as unpainted, raw circles milled into the stainless steel. The sight lines on the Phantom X 5, 5.5, 5s are painted black, while sight lines on the Phantom X 7 and 7.5 employ a combination of black and white lines. The Phantom 9, 9.5, 11, 11.5 and 12 models’ sight lines are accented in light gray. AVAILABILITY: The new Scotty Cameron Phantom X 5, 5.5, 7, 7.5, 9, 9.5, and 12 putter models will be available worldwide beginning April 15, 2022, through Titleist authorized golf shops. The new Phantom X 5s, 11 and 11.5 models will be available on June 17, 2022. MAP: $429 ON THE WEB: www.scottycameron.com

  4. I will start at the Top of the Bag and work my way down. Driver- I currently am using a Mavrik Sub Zero w/ Kinetixx Ballistic Shaft. I love this shaft, it has been my favorite shaft I have played although i would love to test out the Kinetixx Velocity shaft and the LAGolf shafts. The Mavrik I would have to say I am not totally in love with. It is not the most forgiving driver but when I center punch one it is the longest driver I have personally played.( Other than Long drive clubs). NO 3 WOOD For where I Live and where I play I use my 3 wood only about 1 or 2 times a year so I replaced it with a 2 iron. 2 IRON- Mizuno MP-20 HMB w/ Nippon TOUR 130 X stiff Shaft. I have a love/hate relationship with this club. I want to try and get a graphite shaft for it but as of now I have a steel shaft which in my Opinion makes it a little tougher to hit. When I hit it good it can be a great alternative to a 3 wood or a driver. I cant get it to about 250+ on solid contact and good conditions. I do struggle to consistently hit this club solid. This is partially the player and then also I believe I need a different shaft. This has great potential of being a driver replacement for tight fairways or dog legs. 3 IRON(UTILITY IRON)- COBRA King Utility iron w/ Kinetixx Ballistic 90G shaft. This is probably my favorite club in the top of my bag. This is an awesome fairway finder and other situations club. It is much more forgiving then my 2 iron and It feels and flies great. This is surprisingly workable and useful in the rough also. 4-PW Miura TC-201 w/ project X 7.0. I enjoy these irons. I bought these more so out of curiosity of what Miura's were like to play. I would say the TC-201 plays closer to a Blade than a cavity back which is what they take on the looks of. All I have ever heard is they are butter. So I wanted to see for myself. As much as I enjoy these clubs, they are not exactly what I thought they would be, they are butter at times but they are also hard to hit. My expectations were higher then the reality of them. That is not to say the don't feel great and play great. I would personally be open to selling these and testing out other irons, but I still enjoy playing these clubs and the looks of them don't hurt either. To Compare before this I had AP2's and I loved those clubs but the curiosity of what Muira's were like got to me and I had to try them. WEDGES- VOKEY SM8(50,56,60)-- I cannot say enough how much I enjoy playing vokey wedges. I personally will ever have a hard time changing to something else. I bought some taylormade hi-toes to try out and ended up selling them after 1 range session because I did not like the weight and the feel of them. I think vokeys are the best wedges you can get but there are some wedges I have not tried. PUTTER- 33' Scotty Cameron Newport 2.5, this is my favorite putter I have used. It feels soft off the face and feels heavy enough in my hands to give me confidence in my putting stroke. ACCESORIES Other things I have in my bag that I enjoy and the 2 tour towels from Legion Golf, Right now I use Asher gloves if I don't use those Taylor made makes a glove I like. I usually use Titleist prov1x balls. I have a precision pro NX9 which I enjoy using I am not sure if it is much of a con but the button on top is almost too easy to press but other than that it is very nice to use at a great price. I personally use a sun mountain pathfinder 4 push cart and I love using it. It makes walking much better than lugging clubs on your back and not having to pay for a cart or ride in a cart. I also buy Dormie workshop headcovers. High quality head covers but it comes in a little bit pricey for a headcover. I like the designs and things Dormie comes out with.
  5. Hey guys, Used to play in high school, very on and off since then (20plus years ago). I've played enough this year to get myself back to a 3 handicap. There are some clubs in the bag that were given to me by a tour pro and maybe I shouldn't be gaming them but they just look and feel great so I'm keeping them in the bag. I also do have a set of Miura CB501's (4-PW) that I'm currently not gaming. 6. FAIRHAVEN, Mass. (Jan. 17, 2020) – The new Scotty Cameron Special Select putter line blends timeless designs with modern craftsmanship to deliver pure tour-validated performance in eight new blade and mid-mallet setups precision milled in the USA. Available Jan. 24 in North American golf shops (and March 27 worldwide), Special Select putters are inspired by the classic, solid milled designs that Master Putter Maker Scotty Cameron has crafted for tour players around the world – featuring sleeker putter head profiles with thinner and flatter toplines, refined neck configurations, soft tri-soles and performance balanced weighting. Each Special Select putter has been completely reworked, including Scotty’s classic Newport, Newport 2 and Newport 2.5 blade styles. A refined Del Mar joins the new Fastback 1.5, Squareback 2, Flowback 5 and Flowback 5.5 mid-mallet models. QUOTING SCOTTY CAMERON “I’m always inspired by the putters that result from working directly with the best players in the world,” Cameron said. “With Special Select, I wanted to get back to the pure-milled shapes and faces that I’ve been crafting for tour players for over two decades now. We’ve brought those designs into the modern era with new setups, necks, faces, grips and weights. Every aspect of every putter has been redone. When it all came together, it was pretty special.” SPECIAL SELECT PERFORMANCE & TECHNOLOGY Special Select putters are meticulously crafted to provide pure performance and feel through the following key features: • TOUR-INSPIRED SHAPES: Sleeker putter head profiles with thinner, flatter toplines deliver confidence inspiring looks preferred by tour professionals. • SOLID MILLED STAINLESS STEEL CONSTRUCTION: Every Special Select is milled in the United States from a block of solid 303 stainless steel for legendary performance and playability with consistent sound and soft feel. • SOFT TRI-SOLE DESIGN: Special Select blade models are milled with a tour-inspired soft tri-sole design. This self-soling feature promotes a proper setup at address while providing a stable, aesthetically pleasing view of the topline from the moment the putter is placed on the green. • PERFORMANCE BALANCED WEIGHTING: New performance balanced weighting expands on the use of Scotty’s interchangeable, customizable sole weights to tune the performance and feel of putters at all lengths. By directing more weight to the heel and toe, the sweet spot is enlarged and stability is enhanced back and through the stroke without compromising feel or each model’s unique toe flow properties. The blades come equipped with new tungsten sole weights, which allow for ultra-sleek, tour-validated shapes with larger sweet spots. The mid-mallets employ stainless steel sole weights for optimal balance and weight distribution. • REFINED NECK CONFIGURATIONS: Each Special Select putter neck style has been revamped based on an intense and deliberate study in neck configurations. Newport, Newport 2 and Squareback 2 feature a slightly shorter plumbing neck for medium toe flow, with a newly-defined socket radius subtly repositioned with onset to provide clearer visibility of the leading edge at address. The Newport 2.5 and Fastback 1.5 each have a refined, toe flow-promoting small slant neck, while the rounded Flowback 5.5 comes with a new slantback neck for similar strokes. The heel-shafted Del Mar’s flow neck is designed for maximum toe flow. The GOLO-inspired Flowback 5 limits toe flow with a more traditional mid-bend, shaft-over-spud setup. SPECIAL SELECT MODELS The Special Select line offers golfers the choice of three blade models and five mid-mallet options developed for every stroke style. • Newport, Newport 2, Newport 2.5 models feature an insert-free, solid milled 303 stainless steel putter head with performance balanced tungsten sole weighting for a larger sweet spot and increased stability. Flatter and thinner toplines, milled flange sight lines, soft tri-soles and redesigned plumbing (Newport, Newport 2) and small slant (Newport 2.5) neck styles round out these timeless blade designs. • A classic name returns with the new Special Select Del Mar in an updated heel-shafted, compact mallet model. Precision milled from solid 303 stainless steel, the new Del Mar features refined concave flange contours and a narrower, flatter topline for a player-preferred look at address, and customizable stainless steel sole weights. A left-handed Del Mar is also available. • New Special Select Fastback 1.5, Squareback 2, Flowback 5 and Flowback 5.5 mid-mallet putters combine 6061 aircraft aluminum sole plates for optimal weight distribution with solid milled faces and interchangeable stainless steel sole weights. Each has a specific neck style – Fastback 1.5 (small slant), Squareback 2 (plumbing), Flowback (mid-bend shaft-over-spud) and Flowback 5.5 (slantback) – to facilitate better leading edge visibility from address, as well as desired toe flow properties. • CLICK HERE FOR AN OVERVIEW OF EACH SPECIAL SELECT PUTTER ACCESSORIES Each Special Select putter is accessorized with a new Pistolini Plus grip in cement gray with distinctive white lettering that retains the Pistolini shape with a slightly built up lower hand profile. This new grip complements an elegantly embroidered, red abrasion-resistant Special Select headcover with superior wear characteristics. REFINED AESTHETICS Scotty gave the Special Select line’s raw stainless steel finish a unique bead blast for a radiant yet glare resistant appearance. Additionally, Scotty’s signature three red dot pattern on the back cavity has a new look. Each dot has been milled with a recessed circular channel, polished and then hand-painted with cherry red translucent paint, creating a striking new “cherry rings” feature. AVAILABILITY Special Select putters will be available Jan. 24 in North America and March 27 worldwide through Titleist authorized golf shops. MAP $399. 11. Press Release from Titleist FAIRHAVEN, Mass. (July 8, 2019) – Twenty-two years after the emergence of his original Teryllium-inserted, major-winning TeI3 designs, Scotty Cameron has reimagined and announced the limited release of three new putter models built under the “T22” moniker. Available in golf shops beginning Aug. 16, the Teryllium T22 Newport and Teryllium T22 Newport 2 offer modernized versions of the TeI3 models first introduced in 1997, while the Teryllium T22 Fastback 1.5 becomes the first Fastback 1.5 designed with a Teryllium insert. Precision milled in the United States from 303 stainless steel, and given a tactical matte black finish that brings out Scotty’s unmistakable “domino pattern” in the back cavity, the new T22 putters are designed to the modern specifications demanded by today’s dedicated golfers. An updated Teryllium inlay construction with an improved elastomer vibration dampening membrane combines with Scotty’s removable sole weight technology and increased head weight to catapult the entire T22 line into the future: • Teryllium T22 Newport: First brought to prominence as the putter design trusted to victory at the 1997 Masters, Scotty’s new Teryllium T22 Newport pays homage to the overall look, feel and setup of its original design, but with numerous upgrades and improvements – including a stainless steel construction, flat topline, adjustable sole weight, lightly-milled Teryllium insert and new durable tactical matte black finish. • Teryllium T22 Newport 2: Incorporating decades of design refinements, Scotty built the Teryllium T22 Newport 2 in the spirit of the early models – with the soft feel of his Teryllium alloy inlay, but with the modern shape and sole balancing precision of a modern Newport 2 Tour model milled from 303 stainless steel with interchangeable sole weights and a flatter topline. • Teryllium T22 Fastback 1.5: The new Teryllium T22 Fastback 1.5 incorporates a Tour-preferred mini-slant neck, improved four-way sole balancing for a square setup and a thinner topline similar to the Select line’s Fastback model, while maintaining the visual aesthetics of early Teryllium putters – with its familiar black, white and gold color scheme and “domino pattern” in the putter’s back cavity. QUOTING SCOTTY CAMERON “There’s nothing quite like the feel of Teryllium," Cameron said. "It’s the number one material request I get from players. And, as we’ve seen multiple majors won over the past few seasons with a Teryllium-inserted putter, it’s a great time to celebrate this legendary design. “T22 gave us the opportunity to take everything we’ve learned over the past two decades and refine the entire look, feel and performance. Like a modern day muscle car, everything looks original at first glance, but each component is brand new. Better milling. Better materials. Better construction. They’re made to game.” MULTI-MATERIAL CONSTRUCTION Each Teryllium T22 model extends Scotty Cameron’s proven construction methodology of incorporating complementary materials to achieve desired performance characteristics and feel. With a precision milled Teryllium insert expertly designed into the 303 stainless steel putter head, Scotty’s early execution of this concept has been improved upon using modern milling and manufacturing techniques, while preserving the incomparable feel of Teryllium. WEIGHTING & ACCESSORIES Each Teryllium T22 putter features advanced stability weighting with two customizable stainless steel heel-toe sole weights, stepless steel shafts and a custom Limited Release Teryllium headcover and shaft band. A new black Pistolini Plus grip with copper paintfill was designed especially for the T22 release and features a thicker, less tapered low hand. AESTHETICS Inspired by the early Teryllium models, the new Teryllium T22 putters feature a tactical matte black finish with a unique bead blast for a radiant yet glare resistant appearance, with metallic gold and white paintfill. The familiar back cavity “domino pattern” is produced by the white vibration dampening elastomer membrane used in the assembly of the Teryllium alloy face inlay.
