  1. I've been working on flattening out my swing the past couple of months and that seems to have stretched out some muscles in the middle/upper part of my back that never before barked at me. It's not debilitating but rather just annoying and, even after nearly a week not playing, recurs as it did during yesterdays round. Doing a little research I'm pretty certain it's this muscle group. I had started a improve flexure/rotation routine last summer while in MT but got away from it after getting to AZ. Looks like I need to restart that but don't know if I really should stop playing (full swing) and wait before starting stretch exercises targeted at this group of muscles?
