Whilst putting putter heads into the shafts, I may have used a little bit too much epoxy. As they set/dried overnight, there's been some overflow (see attached pics). Also - any tips on how to avoid this happening? Thanks!

Hey guys, I am having a really hard time tracking my ball on the course, and I was wondering if anyone has tips around how to find your shots? I am losing a few balls per round, and while one or two of them are clearly OB, or in hazards, I am losing balls that I didn't think should be lost. I watched them land somwhere in the rough, and sometimes bounce, but once I take my eye off the landing area, I lose it completely. Does anyone else have that problem? Just wondering how you guys know where to look for the ball? Or have any tips for keeping track of where your ball should be. I have one friend that always know where my shot and his shot goes. But when I don't play with him, I run into all sorts of trouble, and it's frustrating as hell.

I've been struggling lately reconciling two pieces of advice that I'm sure all of us have heard at one point or another: 1. Hit down on your irons to improve your strike, launch the ball, compress the ball, etc. 2. Hit up with your driver to maximize your carry, minimize spin, etc. For whatever reason I seem to be getting into a rut, stuck between these ideas. If I focus on hitting up on the driver, I notice I start hitting everything in the bag thin, stop taking divots (although I've always been more of sweeper), and stop controlling my distances. If I focus on hitting down on my irons, my drives start spinning too much. Since I hit my irons a lot more over the course of a round I've decided to focus on striking the irons as I believe it will ultimately save more strokes. What I'm after is a thought or swing idea that meshes these two pieces of advice so they aren't conflicting with each other so much and dragging my ball striking down. Maybe I'm being greedy, but I'd rather have one swing that I alter slightly as I go through the bag than "two" swings - one of the irons and one for the driver. I'd love to hear your thoughts on these common tips and how you deal with them regarding your ball striking. Thanks guys!

Who's got a GoPro? Thought we could start a thread and share tips to help each other out. I got Nidine one for Christmas and we've been getting some use out of it so far (well I have ). I got an iPad Mini and using iMovie to edit has been a breeze. Here's a couple samples of what I've produced so far.

I went through a pretty major swing overhaul in April and quickly discovered how easily it can go awry. As of September I've finally been consistently hitting it how I want too. Playing a recent round I struggled over half my shots, but thanks to the world of social media I was quick to straighten it out. You can rack your brain over the old "what am I doing wrong?", but with modern camera phones everywhere there's no excuse NOT to identify your problems. So here's my tip - When you're struggling get a buddy to randomly shoot a video when you don't know he is so you're not thinking about that swing. Then if you need help post em here for review after after even. Here's what I went through: In the infamous creeper video I noticed my head moving way off the ball during takeaway getting me back into my slide & flip on the downswing.
