I'd love to try these in the full SMS Pro set. I currently play off of 6.9, and my iron game tends to be the best part of my game.

I love the opportunity to test these.  Huge fan of edel.  I’ve had their putter for 7 years now.

Season just started this week in New York. Would be very into trying out these gorgeous looking edel sticks. 

This will be exciting to test if picked. I've swung the same irons since I was 17. 21 years later they still do the job, but what am I missing out on now that i have a faster swing speed.???

So I just got fit for the SMS Pros…

From what I’m reading the feel on these is awesome, but if I had sprayed the face of the regular SMS iron prototype in my fitting, there would be marks ALLLLLLLLL over the face! I could not game the Pros!!!! What was your fit?

Fairly expected for me… short and flat. PX LZ 6.0 fit the bill nicely too. 
 

I don’t consider myself an excellent ball striker, but I was much more consistently in the middle with the Pros. That photo was 3 shots. It’s cool to see the results of what a good fitter can do for your consistency.

There is absolutely no better feeling in this world than a perfectly hit iron. Change my mind.

Would love to try these out. Looking for a new set of irons to play this year.

These look so nice and the sole grind I think would be great. Every time I have hit an iron with the PX LZ, I absolutely love the feel. 

My current irons are pretty locked in, but these Edels look awesome and I love the concept! Anxious to see how the weight ports catch on with the testers!

This is just a “wow” testing opportunity…

What a great opportunity... BIG SHOUT OUT to the folks at Edel .  Could these be 2023's sleeper irons?  This will be a particularly interesting test.  Good luck everyone!

I am stoked for the opportunity, even the slightest chance is exciting. These are beautiful but the more intriguing part is the tech for me. 

As someone who has never been fitted for irons, and has been putting together mixed sets of equipment "off the rack" for about 8 years I would be so excited to game a set that matches. Even my current irons "set" have different shafts in them. The opportunity to try a set blended into the pros is so awesome. I'm at the point in my golf evolution I'm curious about a less "game improvement" more "player's shape" approach to equipment. The SMS/SMS pro blended set would represent aspirational clubs in every way.

I'd gladly get fitted at the CC and report back in extensive detail on both the fitting process and throughout the whole experience if one of the lucky chosen.

The Edel SMS are hollow-bodied clubs, similar to my current Taylormade P790's.

I'd be very interested in how the compare in distance, forgiveness and feel and share those thoughts/data with MyGolfSpy community.

I have a launch monitor so I'd be able to track the results with real data.

You have me rethinking my want to test the combo but I don’t think a full bag of pros is right for me. Nice swinging!

Love seeing these upstart models making there way. Have tried a few and their technology has grown leaps and bounds. Love a chance to give these irons a whirl have a edel putter that's awesome. 

Just watched the TXG video of the SMS Pro irons.  Holy cow am I excited for the forum review of these irons.
