TESTERS WANTED (4) EDEL EAS PUTTERS!

th.jpg

Edel might not be the first brand you think of when it comes to top-end putters. But the reason isn't due to lack of performance.

In 2020, the revamped EAS 2.0 was one of the highest-ranked putters in Most Wanted testing. Moreover, the EAS line differentiated itself primarily on putts of 10 feet or fewer.

Founder David Edel uses a proprietary fitting system that accounts for the influence of shapes and lines on perceived alignment. For example, did you know that lines in the cavity of a putter tend to shift aim to the left?

Because every golfer is different, Edel believes that the ideal combination and head shape, lines, length, weight, and grip size is unique to every golfer.

With that said, we'd like to get some feedback from MyGolfSpy readers.

**Note: MGS/EDEL will set people up with a personalized fitting with a regional fitter or local Edel account if available - If not, we can do a TeleFit as a last resort.

Total left hander, but so old there were only right hand clubs when I was a kid.  Still putt left handed.

I'd love to try one of these. Was fitted for my O-works Tank, but that been a couple of years now.

Since I have been having issues with my putting, this would be a perfect time to see what I could do with a fitted putter.  Open for the style that I'm fitted for.

Would love to be fitted for an Edel putter! That guy is so sensible! I love that Edel takes an analytical and scientific approach to golf.

I've never been selected to be a tester. Probably because I don't post 100's of times per month. Would love to be able to get fitted for a good putter to help improve my putting. I agree it's the most important club in the bag!! In over 35 years of playing this game, I have owned 2 putters. Maybe it's time for an upgrade!!

This is such a great opportunity!  This is the most important club, and I'm looking for a new one.  Thanks MGS!

It isn’t about 100s of posts per month or having been on the forum for years.  it is about being active and contributing on the forums.    One of the testers for the callaway driver has just over 100 total posts. There is a thread on the main form that talks about what you should do to get selected;  Basically don’t just apply to be a tester and not be engaged

The tech in these putters is interesting to me...would love to test out the 2.0.

Would live to check these out. Currently using Odyssey Stroke Lab Triple Track. Will take the test putter out on Chambers Bay, Gamble Sands and Gold Mountain if chosen.

Would love to test. EAS 2.0 has been my gamer for 2 years now and have a great feel for how they play.

I've always heard great things about Edel and their fitting system. I would love the opportunity to try one out and go through the fitting process.

Sign me up. I'd love to get fitted and test out one of their putters. I'm in Vacaville, CA, and would be willing to drive up to 120 minutes each way to get fitted.

Currently average 30-31 putts per round, would love to see how a putter can help improve that and get me down to 25-27. Tried a lot of putters over the years and always revert back to either you can read greens or you can’t. Curious if the Edel can change that mindset.

I would definitely be interested in being fitted for, and testing one of these Edel EAS Putters!

This EDL line of putters fitting process is very similar to what I experienced with my EVENROLL fitting.  Great ideas coming through for an exact fitting to the players needs.  Feel and sight lines are very important to draining more consistent putts.  Thanks MGS for always updating your readers with the most innovative products and information.

I used a $30 top flite putter for years I really liked the feel of it.It had a soft plate placed on the face of the putter.I use an Odessy white steel #1 putter now I picked up for $20.My putting can be good one day and bad the next and I play on the same courses all the time so I know the breaks of the green.I usually like to stick with the same putter for years.I would love to test one of these putters see if it would help my game.
