UV Absorbing Golf Balls

I was able to get my hands on Vision's UV balls as well as their glove.  I had been looking for a high visibility ball for play in the evening hours.  They take most of the chore out of finding your ball in the ruff and on the fairway they stand out like a beacon.  The fly straight and feel nice around the green.  I'm happy I found them.

It's been nearly 6 months since I posted my appreciation for the Vision UV balls. I have to say that I still have 3 of the 6 original balls which testifies to its ease of tracking/finding in the late afternoon or evening, when you consider that I put 2 in the pond, they are hard to lose. But the reason I'm here today is to express my appreciation for their Prosoft 808. For the life of me, I can't figure out the dimple pattern, but it works. Straighter shots off the tee than I normally get with others and a sweet soft feel around and on the green. I've loaned a few to my friends to see what they thought and they won't give them back. That's it, I'm keeping the rest to myself.

Boz, my question is are these going to be available in the US at a price that's a little more friendly to those of us that live here?  I've yet to try the product due to the cost that was originally discussed in here.  I know lots of people love them, but if I'm getting a sampler pack, I'd rather not pay THAT much and end up loving 1 line out of the lines available and the rest be something I won't play.  Any chance on a sampler that has fewer balls(like a sleeve of each instead of a dozen or however it was going before) so people can find their preferred ball then be able to order a full order with just that particular ball?

Hi RB,,,,thanks for the post :)   I will reply to this one but as I mentioned to Adam last night I wont be on

the forum for questions etc until after I work out how I will be able to work with the MGS guys going forward

,,,its their site and I don't want to take advantage of their fair approach to my Vision brand over the years.

I'm not sure what we will do going forward in the US,,,,I am talking with Adam here at MGS to see what I may do

that will only happen here at MGS USA.

Most of my R&D and design work is in the Premium Game Improvement area for the Asian market not really the Tour validated

or similar balls as that market segment is a mess from what I have seen over the past year except for Titleist which are spending

more money today trying to maintain a market share but no real growth as the discounted balls are biting,,,which is the focus

of so many US players.

Being cheap or cheaper than say the major current OEM's has no real future as far as I can tell from a business point of view.

Boz, I have really liked your balls. It's very competitive in the U.S. As you know, but I think you will find the right time and distribution source to tap into the American market.

I look forward to playing more of the Vision balls in the future.
