Very unusual. I'm a bit surprised that Nike is taking the controversy head on in an ad instead of ignoring it and just focusing on him playing golf. Speaking for myself, this commercial does not increase my desire to buy Nike stuff.

I agree... I think it's time to move past the non-golf issues, a and start advertising for golf again...

That's exactly right....and the direction Tiger needs to embrace. We all (myself included) have our failings and setbacks....it's how we respond to those that reveals our character, or lack thereof.

True, very true. but we have to give Tiger some time. atleast from what it looks like so far the fans seem to be pulling for him now.... alot more then a month ago. Everyone makes mistakes,you have to learn and improve. Not just keep repeating them.Only time will tell if Tiger has truly changed!

I think that was his actual voice Dave. Unfortunately, the man isn't with us anymore so reading from a script isn't an option...

It's a very short lived one, this weekend only I assume. I like that Nike didn't just pick up with Tiger like nothing happened. They have a billion dollar image to work on. I think it's a good start, but there is more to be done.

I didn't think I could be more turned off but I am.
