Been quite the discussion over the years regarding Taylormade and their choose of design for their better players irons.  Some were huge fans of years past but more split on their most recent designs.

So what do you guys think about where they are going with the newest line-up in 2014 after seeing the Taylormade MB Blade yesterday and now the Taylormade MC?

Am I the only one here that feels it's too .. rounded .. maybe it's the lack of perspective, but it looks fat and bloated to me .. the Callaway Apex Pro is sooooooo much better looking

What I find typical of TM and others are the reviews on introduction of new stuff.       Remember Justin Rose saying he hit the new slotted Irons "a bloody long way" when they first came out and went directly into his bag ?     Well that lasted for a short time before  he replaced them with his old Tour Preferred Muscle back Irons that he used  most of the year.   That was the same done by several other staff members also.

Does that mean the new ones are too good, too long, too straight for them, or does it mean that they are no better, just newer.   Oh well, that is marketing, and they are the best at selling people on their clubs.    Just saying

Rose won the US Open with Rocketbladez F version irons with the slot in his long and mid irons and the Tour Preferred MB short irons. Guess they were too good to keep them in the bag. Just saying?  Looks like the Rocketbladez Tour are still in the bag as a couple weeks ago.
