thomson519
Any stories out there about a club you regret selling or trading in? A quick history of what made it so special and the reason you let it go. Mine is a Taylormade Supertri Driver. All I did was hit that thing straight. Being young and stupid I had to trade it in on a Ping G20 to try and squeeze out a few more yards. While that was a quality club I never consistently hit the frozen ropes I did with my old Supertri. I still feel like that is the best offering I have played with from Taylormade regarding drivers.

lmh3
I still wish I had the Odyssey Black Series Tour Design that I used when I was on staff with Adams. The tungsten weight on the back produced a very solid feel and a good roll. The White Damascus ix is the closest I have gotten to it since then. I'm sure I will find another one at some point, there are plenty of them floating around. Paul S
I've regretted trading my Wilson Staff FG-59s to Richard ever since I sent them away. I tried replacing them earlier this year with Fi5s, but they were nothing even close to as great as the 59s. At least they went to someone who appreciates them! rickkimbrell
My Ping Scottsdale that was stolen. Does that count? Counts to me. My clubs were stolen and while I was able to buy another set of I3 irons that played the same, I was never able to replace the driver. It was a 983K with Fujikura shaft. I toyed around with 3 983K drivers and settled on the Fujikura shaft one. It was a club that I never thought anything about when it was time to hit driver. Just pull it out of the bag and swing away. Best ball flight of any driver I had/have ever owned. I bought 2 more trying to find a replacement and none of them worked. Wish I could have found the guy who stole my clubs...he would have looked like swiss cheese after I emptied my 12 guage into him (2 or 3 times). EJ Mac
Mine would have to be a gun blue classic Newport with a welded midslant neck that was rumored to be authentic, unfortunately I needed money more than the putter at the time so had to part ways with it. Kenny B
Never regretted changing a club. Each replacement has been better. GolfSpy WD
I honestly regret going from the RBZ fairway to the RBZ II fairway. Don't know why, but I liked the original much better. Eyeing the G25 to replace it though, so all regrets will vanish then. @GolfSpy_WD
