I know a lot of people that swear by new balance shoes, but I've never seen nb golf shoes. Where did you happen to find these?

I've had some foot/ankle issues this last year in fj and adidas. I was on another forum a few months ago and found a post about these. So about a month ago I was in the local New Balance store and they had them. Right now there are Minimus styles (no drop) in mesh and leather (with wide widths). These do not have spikes. They are coming out with a spiked sneaker style in the spring that looks pretty cool.

 

I absolutely love them! Some of the best spineless shoes I've tried. I have mine in 10.5 wide and they fit like a glove. I'm going to do a review of them for MGS this weekend. I haven't seem amy other reviews, so they must not play the standard golf-review-media game.

Well the contents of the package was a new set up from Adams. XTD Driver, XTD Ti Hybrid and Dhy Hybrid. All three clubs are top notch and the driver is threatening to remove the SLDR from the bag. There is also a new MicroPerf with Skull and Crossbones in red on it. The new line up as it stands:

P: Braun & Wessner

 

Oh and the first panel of the FCO III is done!

It's an interesting driver. I've always been a big Adams fan. Love the feel.

How do you like the XTD Ti hybrid.  I am gonna get one just not sure on the loft.  Want to replace my 3 wood with it.  the set up looks phenomenal!!!!!!

I like it a lot. Same distance as the super L's, with a much better sound at impact and a little more forgiveness. Plus, you can adjust it 1.5°.

Both are set to 10°. Sldr numbers were 15-16° of launch and 18-1900° spin. I hit the ball high to start with.

I never hit it in the store and wasn't expecting it. It just kind of showed up. It very well could be the difference in a retail red tie and tour red tie. I found that if you can get a positive AoA it will go forever.

There's no difference other than the Not for Resale serial etching on the Red Tie. Just their way of tracking them, especially if sold on the secondary market.

Tracking purposes. They're not supposed to be resold and that way they know who has what. Kind of like the Jim Wells Ping putters
