Blade
Paako Ridge is a great course. It's the closest golf course to my house and I plan to play there next weekend with a buddy. We haven't been there since last fall. The background pic on my Twitter profile is from there. If you're in the area, you can't miss playing there. I wasn't sure if I should choose it or only pick ones I haven't played. What a cool list.

jaxbeachpackerfan
Quite a list! I've been fortunate to have been able to play 9 on the list. Plus, had to pass up a free round on Shadowcreek because of back surgery. Going to try and play Hammock Beach and Sea Island this year and may have a fathers/sons trip to Bandon Dunes next February. Like the Bucket List idea! Tough part is choosing. I selected Whistling Straits, ShadowCreek, Plantation and Bandon Dunes. jaxbeachpackerfan
I've played 3 on the list: Pebble, spyglass, and kapalua. Pebble wins very time. I've played it 4 times. I'd love to play Pebble. Probably should have put that on the list. I've played both Whistling Straits courses (several times), Blackwolf Run (several times plus), Blue Monster at Doral (twice), TPC Sawgrass (numerous, sister course to my home course), Cascata, Plantation (six times), La Quinta, Troon North and Copperhead. I was lucky, my firm and one of my big clients liked to schedule meetings at golf locations and one of the few redeeming features of the ex-wife was her idea of a vacation was to be pampered at premium resorts and loved golf as well. Now retired and remarried, no freebies (except for the TPC Sawgrass access) and dear, dear new wife likes Harley rides and cruises and doesn't golf. Future great golf experiences likely to be limited. Wow!Have you seen that guys blog who quested to play all the top 100 courses on earth. He does blog write ups on every one he plays. Top100golf.blogspot.comI don't know who he is or who he knows but he has played all the famous old school ultra private places I've always wanted to play in the US (Pine Valley, Seminole, Cypress, all the famous New York courses, even Augusta). Plus, all the amazing Scottish and Irish links and even Australia and the Kiwi courses. It is one amazing read. I get so jealous but I still read it. Charles In Charge
I almost want to save this contest as a bucket list. Can you imagine getting to play all of these? Wow! I was thinking the exact same thing as I was filling out this survey. I played Pinehurst #2 and #8. Can't believe Olympic Club wasn't on here. We gotta plan Torrey Pines and Pebble Beach trips -Chuck- Great Quotes: "Golf appeals to the idiot in us and the child. jaxbeachpackerfan
The four winning courses are 1. Pebble Beach 2. TPC Stadium 3. Pinehurst #2 4. Kiawah Island (Ocean) Only one of my choices. I can't believe everyone didn't choose the Plantation and get a trip to Hawaii out of it (finished #5) (or maybe they rigged the contest because of that). Winners announced one per week starting next week. Just my luck if I win the Stadium.
