Here are some of the details received from Cleveland Golf:

Big Picture

With Rotex 2.0, we set out to give golfers more control and increased versatility with their wedges, which ultimately leads to lower scores. We added control by improving the Rotex Face for more consistent spin from all conditions. We also created 3 new versatile sole grinds to provide the best turf interaction for a variety of player types. Lastly, we'll be providing more wedge fitting options than any other company to insure the golfers can select the proper wedges for their games.

Rotex 2.0 Face

Maintains maximum spin from the fairway while increasing spin from the rough by ~15%.

Grooves: Steeper groove walls produce sharper radii. We made the walls steeper to increase groove volume, and we made the grooves sharper to increase spin on wet shots.

Milling Pattern: A new 2-pass Micro Milling increases milling depth by 30% and width by 14%. The passes are timed so the pattern peaks between each pair of grooves.

Laser Milling: Laser pattern improves roughness consistency so we can get closer to the USGA regulations.

3 New Sole Grinds

Each new sole grind is designed to improve contact and performance for various playing styles. These

are offered in both the blade and cavity back wedges

1 Dot

Heel, Toe, and Trailing Edge Grinds

Lowest Effective Bounce

The 1 Dot grind keeps the leading edge close to the ground so players can hit aggressive lob shots.

However, it still provides ample bounce and turf interaction on square-faced full shots.

2 Dot

Trailing Edge Grind, plus moderate Heel and Toe Relief

Mid Effective Bounce

The 2 Dot grind is designed for all-around playability and versatility. It allows the golfer to execute a wide range of shots around the green from most playing conditions.

3 Dot

Full Sole

Highest Effective Bounce

The 3 Dot grind is designed for those who like using the entire sole to their advantage around the greens. The full shape gives stability on square and open face shots alike. Popular sole shape on tour. The most extensive wedge lineup in golf provides the perfect wedge for every player's style. 120 unique model, loft, sole grind, and finish options.

Blade and Cavity Back

Blade - Designed purely based on tour testing and feedback. Compact top down shape, 3 different sole grinds and 2 finishes – Black Satin and Tour Satin

These new finishes highlight the workmanship that goes into the wedges by showing the detail and brush strokes.

Cavity Back - Slightly larger shape than the blade provides increased confidence at address. Sole grinds have similar shapes to the blade version, but different dimensions to provide more forgiveness through the turf for the cavity back player. Available in the Black Satin finish.

Loft / Grind / Finish Options

1 Dot available 54 – 60 degrees

2 Dot available 46 – 64 degrees

3 Dot available 54 – 60 degrees

All options available in Blade and Cavity Back, Right Hand and Left Hand

Blade available in Black Satin and Tour Satin finishes

Cavity Back available in Black Satin

Shafts

Standard Steel: Dynamic Gold

Standard Graphite: Rotex Wedge Flex

(New wedge shaft designed for improved performance and feel for those using graphite iron shafts 90 grams)

Fitting

Interchangeable wedge heads and shafts will be available at 1,500+ locations throughout the world.

This allows golfers to test various head and shaft combinations to insure they have the proper model, lofts, sole grinds, length, lie, and shaft.

Nicely done Zinger.......I am in the market for a new Sand Wedge.  I currently game a 30+ year old Wilson R90 that I won in a tourney in the 1980's.  I also have a Mizuno TP-11, Nike VR Pro CB & Powerbilt AFO.  That said, I am looking at new wedges that have the RTX type grind over the entire face.  Although I have never gamed one, I think it makes sense to put an edge on the entire face.
