Ft9 tour is a good driver, but the FT beats it by a long shot, sounds better, feels better, and looks better, currently tho, the battle im going with is between my Ft5 Tour hosel vs the FT. Both heads are awesome, its going to be a tough decision

I bagged a 8.5* FT9 Tour iMix with a Protopype most of the summer. Outstanding combo, by far the best driver I've hit in a couple years. I currently have a 9.5* glued FT9 tour with a f9m2 to try out and a FT Tour on the way. Nothing has been able to knock the 8.5 pype combo out of the bag so far but the FT Tour could be the one to do it.

I'm playing an FT-9 Tour IMix right now with an Ion Whiteboard and it's fantastic. That being said the FT Tours are out now and they look incredible. Reminded me a lot of the 983E only blown up a little bit. Deep face, nice pear shape, long hosel. Can't wait to hit it although I'll probably wait until after my trip to Bandon Dunes in April.

Oh yeah. That's what I'm talking about. I'm going to start another thread about the FT Tour. Finally saw the FT Tour in my hands. WOW! Gorgeous pear shape, long hosel. Super sweet Voodoo shaft WITH a white & black Multicompound Grip. Callaway has their pulse on what people want!

Current bag: Some Callaway, some Cleveland. Down to 2 OEM's!

Oh snap! Yes, the Protopype sounds just slick! Oh man, I want to find a pype and slap it in there. Oh yeah, that's what I'm talkin' 'bout!

I can't see how the FT Tour will be any better. Seriously. It's more forgiving than the Pope, it's incredibly stable with the Fubuki Tour 63, and I love the sound!

How is the Fubuki on flex? I've been playing stiff flex my whole life, but last summer I picked up an 09 Burner with a UST V2 65 regular flex, and have hit it great. Not overly long, but never, ever, left (my nemesis). I have not noticed the regular flex at all, and am wondering if I should get the Fubuki Tour in regular if I order a FT-9 Tour?

In the i-mix, the Fubuki Tour 63 plays true to flex, maybe even a hair stiffer. I love it. And don't confuse smooth feel for being soft, because the feel is very, very smooth... especially compared to a UST V2. The V2 will be quite harsh in comparison. For me up to this point, the FT-9 Tour/Fubuki 63 has preferred a straight, slight fade. Which I like too...

My swing speed is right on the edge between stiff and regular. Would you recommend me trying the Fubuki 63 R or S? I doubt the demo day on friday will have the FT Tour with the Fubuki in it.

Man, that's a tough one. I recommend trying both if they are available. And that's the Tour 63, not the Made for Callaway 60. There's a difference. I always like to play my equipment a bit softer so that I can feel the flex and let the club do the work. I can therefore maximize on my distance. There's nothing like really feeling the shaft KICK through the ball.

Oh man! Just played a few holes and absolutely killed this baby. Oh man!! It's unreal. I haven't had this much confidence in a long time! I can't imagine the FT Tour any better!!

What shaft in the FT3 Tour?? I had the NVS 65 and smoked it. Hit three of the longest drives of my life with it. Still don't know why I sold it. Prolly 'cause I was stupid. LOL

I have an aldila vs proto 80X in it right now.
