Matt Saternus
I can look into this, and let you know tomorrow. What shaft are you thinking about?? Honestly, I don't have one in mind, and the thought of reshafting my driver isn't keeping me up at night, but if I knew I could buy R9 ready shafts for close to the same price as the shaft alone I would start looking into it. I'd like to bring my trajectory down a bit from the Motore in the R9 460 TP. Quote Follow me on Twitter: @MattSaternus

Good luck getting on Chambers Bay. Everything I've heard about that course has been outstanding. We'll need a full review (with pics) if you do get out there. bp4455
I mentioned my desire to purchase additional shafts in another thread. TM is definitely missing the boat since I didn't learn until reading this thread that it can even be done (buying another shaft with the R9 tip). Does anyone know what the pricing is like for additional shafts? I assume it's higher than just buying the shaft on its own, but by how much? Last year my pro got me a Fubuki 63 from TM for my R9TP. It had the adapter on it and was ready to plug into the head. I can't recall the price but it was a lot cheaper than buying the shaft from somebody else. I think it was under $150. Call TM or have your pro do it for you. They'll sell you any optional shaft they have as far as I know. Quote Semper Fi My Club

bule1101
You can buy a custom shaft directly from TM. The problem is that You can buy it only from TM, if you buy a shaft somewhere else or You would like to put the one You had in Your previous driver, TM says its not possible. And also the range of shafts is limited in TM. I bought a shaft and had a local clubmaker do it, because TM did not want to help. It turned out very good. Quote Golf is suppoused to be hard!
