RookieBlue7
I love the idea that I have in my head that the weights will be variable.looks like the weights are drop in and they have a tongue in them that the plate touches and holds them in place. Aotearoa_Brad
I saw another photo with the 25g weight in the toe location, so they're definitely interchangeable. I'm playing LSP's right now and have a few Pro Mini heads on the way. But this is different. jmwils81
Anyone know when this will be released? I am looking forward to hitting this once it gets to my course. My 7 yr old hybrid needs to be replaced. I have hit the Pro Mini from Adams and really got some good Mojo from it. I had the Tight lies way back in the day, everyone thought it was crazy having a highlofted club like that.... But know it's the norm. **May the fade be with you** Driver - SLDR 9.5 Paderson KINETIXx IMRT Green Stiff / 255 cpmFairway Wood - 910F 3 woodHybrids - Big Bertha Diablo 21degIrons - 710 AP2 4-PW Standard Lie/FlexWedges - XFT 50, 54, 60Putter - California MontereyBall - FG Tour
jmwils81
Amazing what a little research will do.... I should have just googled it. Adams Golf has announced the arrival of its new Red hybrid. The benchmark product in the Adams stable, Red was created to deliver players of all abilities an appealing, confidence-inspiring shape with proven performance. Shot-shaping properties help make it easier to find optimal ball flight (draw, fade, low, high), while sole, crown and head features deliver easy launch conditions for Tour players and amateurs alike. Red incorporates several new advancements into a clean and elegant package, all designed to help the golfer hit better shots more consistently. Many of the core attributes were created following critical Tour player feedback. The result are incorporated into Red, featuring a beautiful, playable shape without sacrificing shot-shaping options and playability. The recipe for Red is as follows: Instead or following the trend of larger heads, Adams engineers placed the focus on versatility, utilizing a smaller head (95cc) that can handle a wider variety of difficult shots and make Red easier to hit from all conditions. Adams' patented upside-down head design brings the CG lower, promoting easier launch and greater demand from all lies, increasing playability and inspiring player confidence. Together, these two features produce an attractive head with Adams' classic distinctive toe-shape that is long, forgiving and easy to launch. But, there's more: To keep ball speed fast, even on off-center hits, Red utilizes Adams' Velocity Slot Technology on the sole and Ghost Slot Technology on the crown. As an extra benefit to those seeking maximum shot-shape options, three transferable weights on the sole (one 25g & two 2g) can be configured to promote the flight that works best. Available: April 17thLofts: 16°, 18°, 20°, 23° & 26°MSRP: $259.99 **May the fade be with you** Driver - SLDR 9.5 Paderson KINETIXx IMRT Green Stiff / 255 cpmFairway Wood - 910F 3 woodHybrids - Big Bertha Diablo 21degIrons - 710 AP2 4-PW Standard Lie/FlexWedges - XFT 50, 54, 60Putter - California MontereyBall - FG Tour
tkgolf
Really interesting I would try it might be my future tee club. I love hitting hybrid off the because it's the only long club I can get enough out of to use. Hybrids remind me of a persimmon wood with a small head. Only drivers I could ever hit well were the small headed ones from yesteryear.
Jmikecpa
I have two of them in the basement. Loved the look of the head, but not the results as much. If you are looking for a club that is a cannon from the tee take a look at the XTD Ti line of hybrids. I have the XTD Ti in 18* with a Matrix Black Tie in it and the club is an absolute beast off the tee.
