So I've been really inspired by some of the work that I've seen on this thread and as someone who doesn't like having the same looking bag I decided to get to work on a few projects.  The first is an old Ping O-Blade that I haven't used in a lot of years but may start back with this season.  It just needed a little face lift so I took a sanding block to it starting with 350, then 600, 1000 and finally wet sanded with 1000 grit.  The face came out nice but I really like the definition in the lettering on the back flange.

That's kind of cool. It's like natural paint fill except it's rust. Like it.

I like that. Certainly brings new life to an older club. But I also like how you kept some of the aged patina too.
