yungkory
Mizuno MP 18 fli hi 3 iron with a project x LZ 6.0 shaft Funny I was just hitting one on Saturday, but they didn't have it with the same shaft I'm playing in the Tours. I just saw Mizuno is having a 25% BF sale with free shipping, don't know if it applies but if it does I might buy one. My friend knows one of the TItleist reps here as well so I'm gonna try the T-MB and their 818 hybrids as well. I don't really hit hybrids well, but supposedly the H2 plays like a long iron so maybe I'll have some success. I'm thinking maybe a graphite shaft might help me get some clubhead speed and get the ball up better, but on the simulator the fli hi was pretty nice. My fitter says I'm a little negative so he recommended I just get something more forgiving than the 900 Tour 3i. Unfortunately, he didn't have any fly hi heads other than the 6i for the fitting cart. I asked Mizuno on twitter and they recommended going with the same shaft as I played in my irons, so that is what I went with. I hit the TMB the other day and didn't find it to be overly forgiving. The M1 hybrid I have just isn't giving me what I need, which I realized last week when playing in windy conditions. I need an option off the tee for tight Par 4s, but still have the ability to hit it off the deck. I think the Fli Hi will fit that bill cksurfdude and yungkory

Currently have 6 pairs and not quite sure how that happened. 3 of the pairs are the ones that look like Freddy Couples boat shoes and they are extremely comfortable. Lastly I don't think I've paid much over $50-$60 pair. A golf shop north of here has sales on a lot of equipment and shoes once a year with terrific discounts.
