I'm thinking of buying a set of clubs for my nephew for Xmas so he can have a set here, but I'm on a really tight budget. I'm getting no luck anywhere- any suggestions? He's a lefty and roughly 58" tall (swings like a young Tiger Woods)... Thanks in advance.

Shop the marketplace and find a set that you think he'd like, if it's higher than your budget, make an offer.  Never hurts.  

 

Or just PM @MDGolfHacker and ask how much he wants for one of his backup sets, although he may have slimmed down the excess the last few years.

I said I was done buying anything unless it was something to replace my 3i...

 

Then my friend asked me if I wanted to go in with him on the Callaway preowned BOGO sale. I was about to say nah, until I saw they have the MD Forged wedges now. So I bought 3 in the same lofts I'm playing now. Gotta ship em to the office and hide my old wedges lol.

It finally arrived! 33" with 355g head and pistol grip. Playing +1 degree of loft because I have a slight forward press. LOVE how stable it feels, like a mallet, but lines up like a blade which suits my eye better.

 

Rolled it really nice today practicing after work!
