Well back on the hunt for my Apex 19 hybrid.  Had to call Callaway and cancel my order this morning.  Was supposedly back ordered 3-5 days and now it has a ship date of mid-May.  I ordered the damn thing middle of March with hopes I would have it before I played 20 rounds of golf.

Talked to my instructor tonight and decided on my hybrid replacement which for the first time in my life will be a 5 wood.  Picked up a Rogue Sub Zero with a GD AD MT 7x that will be ready for pickup on my way home tomorrow.  Finally talked me out of using a hybrid since we are building my swing for stronger fairway wood and iron play.  If it was completely up to him I would have a 2 iron back in the bag, which was a short experiment for me.

I was wearing my Snell hat yesterday and my buddy asked me about the golf balls.  I gave him a MTB Red to try because he wanted more spin.  He loved the ball and will be buying the 2 1/2 dozen that I have left (I prefer the black myself).  Look forward to hearing your feedback on the MTB-X

Just bought myself a new UST VTS Tour SPX silver 5s shaft to try out. Will be doing a shaft battle between the vts, xlr8, and the 50m4 black tie to see which one gets paired with the recently acquired Mizuno ST190 driver. I hate to admit it but I have never been so anxious to go to the range. I do love to hit the big stick though. Come on nice weather!

Yup. 

Tried Ventus, Fuji Pro 2.0, atmos TS Black, speeder tr, Accra RPG, and Rajin 

Ventus felt good but was moving my strike location to low on the face for some reason

Thanks, I love it.  I have used it for a few rounds now and it just feels so solid and soft...if that makes sense. The ball rolls beautifully off of the face and it's slight toe hang  works well with my stroke.  It is such a well put together putter!  Unfortunately now my course has aerated the greens so, there's that!  haha
