Going to take my first swings into my net shortly. Can't wait to get this combo on the course

13 X 20 X 11 Shelter logic car port. But there will never be a car parked in it. Only room in the house that has ceilings high enough to swing in is just used too much by kids to put an area inside. I currently have a 10 x 16 shelter in backyard that I constructed of 1 1/4" PVC and tarps. It is OK but it fails miserably in the rain. Will post some pics once an I get it and set up, but who knows when it will actually arrive.

I did the same thing with mine once I got it. Amy neighbors that saw me probably thought I was crazy, but then again, when I started SuperSpeed training I was outside at night with a light shining on my radar.

@bens197 I gottta ask, it looks like you play the Elixr Ball. I played it for the majority of last year and was pretty satisfied with it. Do you find it lacking in distance in the longer clubs? And did you stock up right now with their 6 for $120 deal?

Short answer it was as long as anything else. Awesome golf ball and a local WNY company.

Long answer, I did comparison testing between Elixr and ProV1 last season and it was as good or better in categories of driver length, short iron spin and feel off the putter.

It’s as durable as any urethane I’ve ever played and frankly, if it were a blind test I’d have a difficult time discerning between the two.

I have 5 dozen left over from last season so for the time being, I am set.

My wife and I had to make an early morning grocery run to Wal-Mart, it's usually the best time to get in and actually be able to find stuff. Not toilet paper, but other stuff like meat. Anyhow, I took a detour over to the golf aisle and found this:

One nice thing about FedEx is they deliver early to my neighborhood. I had a good talk last week about my putting stroke and wanted to start fresh this year with something that gives me more confidence on the greens. Easy to say that this is a huge improvement over my Anser 2. I’ve never treated myself to a putter over $200 and first impression, this feels fantastic. Only custom spec was that I had it bent 1* flat to 69*. The std sink fit grip feels nice and I really like how it’s weighted. I contemplated the Mizuno but I’ve always wanted a Betty. Above all, I love that it’s American made.

That's one nice looking putter, I love the color scheme. I also love how your dog is looking at it in the first picture. I can't wait to hear how you roll it.

So this "open box" thing is incredible... the putter came yesterday, not in a Titleist box, but one of Rock Bottom Golf's standard shipping boxes. That made me nervous, until I opened it, and viola! The club is sealed in plastic both the grip and the sole, absolutely brand spanking new!!!

I've never heard of the open box option before, but saving $135 on a new, current model Scotty Cameron makes it okay in my book!

I have one, it works for what it is. Gives good data on good hits. Gives really bad data on bad hits.
