More pix of the Tour Edge Exotics EXS shown alongside my Cobra F8:

 

 

Even though the shafts are different colors, Mitsubishi Chemical said they were the same. black is Cobra, Silver is Tour Edge. It came with 3 & 9 gram weights. Ordered the weight kit today, to get the 6, 11 & 14 gram weights.

Interesting, I have the F8 as a backup and is set @ 10’ while the G410 plus is 12’ with almost exactly same ball flight.

Well, I bought a golf cart to help get me around 18 holes in record time. I'm shooting for 2 hour rounds.  Will add more pictures once it arrives :

So I've probably bought, and tried, more equipment in the last 4-5 months than I have in 10 years combined

I looked around earlier tonight and took stock. Forget everything that I bought, traded in and sold (I honestly can't remember everything) It's been a long, fun, sometimes confusing and frustrating journey from what started out simply wanting to switch from steel shafted irons to graphite. One thing led to another, and I now find myself with the following some I've had a while  some are new...

Two drivers, (and a G400 Max on the way Ping is replacing  one with a cracked club head.) One of the two has to go, either the Flash or the G410+. The 400 Max will be my gamer.

Three fairway woods, a Rogue 15* and a Epic Star 3 and 5 wood (haven't played one in years) Rogue is the gamer

Three  hybrids Epic Flash 18* and 21* and a Tour Edge 19* that I only bought because it was new, and only $50.

One set of Rogue X irons, which I love, and have the same shafts as my Flash hybrids

Two MD4 wedges 52* & 56*, a CBX 52* and a Taylormade Hi Toe 58* The CBX and TM are my gamers.

Three putters, all different type heads. Yes! Tracy, Ping Sigma 2 Tyne and my current gamer Odyssey Stroke Lab Double Wide,,, at least for this week

Because I realized when I took inventory I have more than I probably need (who am I kidding, lol it's definitely more than I need!!!) and I wanted to leave this post as both a reminder, and a challenge to myself to concentrate for the rest of the year on PLAYING golf, not buying golf equipment. From today through the end of December, the goal is to get better at the game, enjoy the time with friends, and instead of adding equipment, possibly thin the herd.

Sorry for the long  post about myself and my "toys" fellas. but I wanted to leave this here in this Equipmen Bought thread as a challenge to myself to only come here to see and congratulate everyone else on what you're buying, instead of any stuff I have bought.

Come January, and the new releases? Hey, I'm only human!!!

Good luck! I went through our 40-day shelter in place without buying anything golf related. Once it lifted I went maximum degenerate with no end in sight!

Been looking at mallet style putters for a while. Found what I thought was a good deal on an Odyssey Ten S putter already bent to the lie angle I need so I pulled the trigger. Will be an interesting change since the putter is also equipped with a stability tour shaft.

Just picked up some Ping glide 2.0 SS wedges 54 and 58 degree.

gave up on Arccos caddie on Android - picked up a cheap iphone 5s for 30 bucks... According to their site the iOS version of the 5s is enough to run the app.
Plus the phone is much smaller than my droid so it will be a lot easier to sit in my front pocket.

Hope it works out well for you. I tried that when I was still using my Pixel 3, but the 5s battery didn't last through an entire round

My Cleveland wedges have arrived, haven't even opened up the box yet. CBX 2 54 degree wedge and 58 degree full face wedge, both with Nippon shafts of course.
